Abstract

L'invention a trait à un appareil pour ordonner visuellement des mouvements biomécaniques et ergonomiques, comme des instructions relatives au fonctionnement d'un équipement de conditionnement physique, à des postures pour les employés de bureau et à d'autres activités qui exigent une bonne posture du corps et l'exécution d'une manipulation. L'invention comporte un panneau lenticulaire capturant au moins deux images des mouvements biomécaniques, où chacune desdites deux images capturant une posture corporelle et au moins un groupe de muscles touchés par les mouvements biomécaniques. La première des images capture une posture de départ et la dernière capture une posture de fin. Les images sont superposées l'une sur l'autre afin qu'un utilisateur puisse déterminer et mettre en ouvre des postures et des mouvements corporels appropriés en modifiant son angle de vision et en comparant les images.
