Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble plancher composite comportant une assise et une plaque supérieure fixée à ladite assise. Cette dernière est à base d'une première matrice composite comprenant des brins de fibres de renforcement orientés dans une première direction et d'une résine polymère. L'assise comporte notamment plusieurs nervures et plusieurs canaux ouverts s'étendant latéralement, placés entre lesdites nervures. La plaque supérieure, à base d'une seconde matrice composite de fibres de renforcement en une résine polymère, est fixée, éventuellement libérable, à l'assise de façon à envelopper généralement au moins une partie desdits canaux. Toutes les fibres de renforcement de l'assise peuvent se limiter à des brins orientés dans la première direction, ou être tassées et orientées de manière aléatoire. Au moins soit la section de base, soit la plaque supérieure peut être translucide. La conception de canaux ouverts simplifie la fabrication et en réduit les coûts.
