Abstract
ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, comprising a gathering roll (16) which, rotating at an anticlockwise direction, gathers the branches of bean or peanut that are already pulled out and bunched, throwing them upwards and backward to the dragging roll (37) or above the rolls (55-54) and, afterwards, to the dragging roll (37) that, in turn, leads the gathered product to the press cylinder (23), so that this movement itself makes the land and some other small particles to be removed by the sieve or screen ( 14) of the mouth (9); said press cylinder (23) receives and removes the product from the mouth and lead it to the beating cylinder (28) which, in turn, works in the longitudinal-horizontal direction and its tracking system is axial, thereby allowing to speed up or to delay the flow of the product to be trodden out, carrying it through the screen (27), which works for allowing grains and small particles to pass over, stopping the large particles that are carried to the outlet of straw placed in the right back side of the machine. On said set, the vibrating sieve (26) is placed, which receives the trodden out product together with the small particles, such as straw and land, and, through its long extension, removes the land by an outflow system and allow the product ready for being cleaned by a stream of air (30).
The product entirely cleaned is carried to the gutter (31-33) and, from this point on, the chained container lift (34) carries the product entirely cleaned to the bulk section (36).
HARVESTER, comprising a gathering roll (16) which, rotating at an anticlockwise direction, gathers the branches of bean or peanut that are already pulled out and bunched, throwing them upwards and backward to the dragging roll (37) or above the rolls (55-54) and, afterwards, to the dragging roll (37) that, in turn, leads the gathered product to the press cylinder (23), so that this movement itself makes the land and some other small particles to be removed by the sieve or screen ( 14) of the mouth (9); said press cylinder (23) receives and removes the product from the mouth and lead it to the beating cylinder (28) which, in turn, works in the longitudinal-horizontal direction and its tracking system is axial, thereby allowing to speed up or to delay the flow of the product to be trodden out, carrying it through the screen (27), which works for allowing grains and small particles to pass over, stopping the large particles that are carried to the outlet of straw placed in the right back side of the machine. On said set, the vibrating sieve (26) is placed, which receives the trodden out product together with the small particles, such as straw and land, and, through its long extension, removes the land by an outflow system and allow the product ready for being cleaned by a stream of air (30).
The product entirely cleaned is carried to the gutter (31-33) and, from this point on, the chained container lift (34) carries the product entirely cleaned to the bulk section (36).
Claims (6)
1. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, developed to be used in different harvesters classified as dragging ones and, for such purposes, such a mouth is designed with a first structural part defined as chassis or cart ( 1 ), duly supported by a pair of wheels (2), having its front part substantially lifted as a hwe engaging shaft (3), however, directed towards the front with a slight declivity, where its end is provided with two details: the first one being a vertical resting base (4) and the second one being a universal towing engagement (5), before which said shaft is provided with a declivity and, from this point backwards, provides means (6) to assemble the hydraulic set (7) and, under this set, it is also manufactured a true duct with internal means for assembling a cardan shaft (8) which, on one side, is intended to be coupled to the power switch of the tractor, while, on the other side, it is interconnected with a transmission system of belts, chains, pulleys, gears and all kind of components required for the interconnection, rotation and driving of the different movable parts of the machine, however, said driving system may have any embodiment which is compatible with the set to be driven;
while on the engaging shaft (3) and the detail (6), a gathering mouth (9) is provided in a shape such as a true movable inlet tunnel, with a cross section slightly rectangular and tapered in the machine longitudinal direction, including a slight backward narrowing, where its rear end is jointly (10) fixed to the structure corresponding to the chassis ( 1 ) where it is kept lifted through mechanical means ( 11 ) and ( 12), the latter one being a threaded element with manual nut (13) and with an adjustment spring for the operation height, while, in the lower side, said tunnel has its wall shaped as a static sieve (14), also being provided with side supporting wheels (15) in its front part, so that said mouth (9) may follow in a lifted way the irregularities of the ground since, along with said mouth, a gathering roll (16) is transversely assembled and comprising a tubular body (17) and tubular assembling ends (18), these and the first one being crossed by a static shaft (19) with an eccentric intermediate part (20), along which several gathering pins (21 ) are distributed, which, by one end, are assembled such as connecting rods on the eccentric part of said shaft, while holes existing in the tubular body (17) cross the opposite ends, where said pins move alternately, being more exposed on the lower and upper part of the roll, while in the rear part they are more retracted and, thus, this retractable effect which gradually takes place with the rotation of the set through the transmission (22) allows to gather the branches (R) and to throw them towards said tunnel or mouth (9) inside and, on its sieve (14), where dragging keeps on going so that the branches (R) may pass over said sieve (14) and be left in a transversal section existing in the front part of the chassis (1), where a press cylinder (23) is housed, and its external part includes an helicoid transporter (24), helping to lead the branches to the inlet of another section (25) longitudinally placed over the chassis (1), this section being internally limited by a vibrating sieve (26) and by a tunnel shaped such as a sieve or screen (27), with a beating cylinder (28) bein placed above the former and inside the latter, which helps to beat the branches and, at the same time, to dislodge them backwards, where the beating tunnel and the vibrating sieve are interconnected with two different parts, i.e., the sieve (27) ends in a right side outlet, while the vibrating sieve (26) is connected with an aspirating duct (29) that, in addition to being provided with air supply adjustments, is also above provided with a purifying fan (36) of the tracked material and, further, said sieve (26) also ends in a transversal gathering gutter (31 ) of almost clean grains with a transporting thread (32) that, in turn, ends in a lowering point (33) and, from this point upwards, a chained container lift (34) is developed, which upper part is provided with a slope backward extension (35), which finally ends in a bulk section (36) existing in the cart;
wherein said tunnel or mouth (9) is provided with an intermediate dragging roll (37), whose axis (38) is synchronized together with the side transmission (22), where a chain (39) with a stretcher (40) interconnects the gearing (41-42) of the gathering roll (16) and of the intermediate dragging roll (37), as well as, in the opposite side, there also exists a transmission by gearing and chain between the press cylinder (23) and the dragging roll (37), which is still defined by star-shaped disks of curved ends, and a untying comb (44) is also placed among the disks, ordinarily vertical and slightly curved, placed in the back part of he intermediate dragging roll (37).
HARVESTER, developed to be used in different harvesters classified as dragging ones and, for such purposes, such a mouth is designed with a first structural part defined as chassis or cart ( 1 ), duly supported by a pair of wheels (2), having its front part substantially lifted as a hwe engaging shaft (3), however, directed towards the front with a slight declivity, where its end is provided with two details: the first one being a vertical resting base (4) and the second one being a universal towing engagement (5), before which said shaft is provided with a declivity and, from this point backwards, provides means (6) to assemble the hydraulic set (7) and, under this set, it is also manufactured a true duct with internal means for assembling a cardan shaft (8) which, on one side, is intended to be coupled to the power switch of the tractor, while, on the other side, it is interconnected with a transmission system of belts, chains, pulleys, gears and all kind of components required for the interconnection, rotation and driving of the different movable parts of the machine, however, said driving system may have any embodiment which is compatible with the set to be driven;
while on the engaging shaft (3) and the detail (6), a gathering mouth (9) is provided in a shape such as a true movable inlet tunnel, with a cross section slightly rectangular and tapered in the machine longitudinal direction, including a slight backward narrowing, where its rear end is jointly (10) fixed to the structure corresponding to the chassis ( 1 ) where it is kept lifted through mechanical means ( 11 ) and ( 12), the latter one being a threaded element with manual nut (13) and with an adjustment spring for the operation height, while, in the lower side, said tunnel has its wall shaped as a static sieve (14), also being provided with side supporting wheels (15) in its front part, so that said mouth (9) may follow in a lifted way the irregularities of the ground since, along with said mouth, a gathering roll (16) is transversely assembled and comprising a tubular body (17) and tubular assembling ends (18), these and the first one being crossed by a static shaft (19) with an eccentric intermediate part (20), along which several gathering pins (21 ) are distributed, which, by one end, are assembled such as connecting rods on the eccentric part of said shaft, while holes existing in the tubular body (17) cross the opposite ends, where said pins move alternately, being more exposed on the lower and upper part of the roll, while in the rear part they are more retracted and, thus, this retractable effect which gradually takes place with the rotation of the set through the transmission (22) allows to gather the branches (R) and to throw them towards said tunnel or mouth (9) inside and, on its sieve (14), where dragging keeps on going so that the branches (R) may pass over said sieve (14) and be left in a transversal section existing in the front part of the chassis (1), where a press cylinder (23) is housed, and its external part includes an helicoid transporter (24), helping to lead the branches to the inlet of another section (25) longitudinally placed over the chassis (1), this section being internally limited by a vibrating sieve (26) and by a tunnel shaped such as a sieve or screen (27), with a beating cylinder (28) bein placed above the former and inside the latter, which helps to beat the branches and, at the same time, to dislodge them backwards, where the beating tunnel and the vibrating sieve are interconnected with two different parts, i.e., the sieve (27) ends in a right side outlet, while the vibrating sieve (26) is connected with an aspirating duct (29) that, in addition to being provided with air supply adjustments, is also above provided with a purifying fan (36) of the tracked material and, further, said sieve (26) also ends in a transversal gathering gutter (31 ) of almost clean grains with a transporting thread (32) that, in turn, ends in a lowering point (33) and, from this point upwards, a chained container lift (34) is developed, which upper part is provided with a slope backward extension (35), which finally ends in a bulk section (36) existing in the cart;
wherein said tunnel or mouth (9) is provided with an intermediate dragging roll (37), whose axis (38) is synchronized together with the side transmission (22), where a chain (39) with a stretcher (40) interconnects the gearing (41-42) of the gathering roll (16) and of the intermediate dragging roll (37), as well as, in the opposite side, there also exists a transmission by gearing and chain between the press cylinder (23) and the dragging roll (37), which is still defined by star-shaped disks of curved ends, and a untying comb (44) is also placed among the disks, ordinarily vertical and slightly curved, placed in the back part of he intermediate dragging roll (37).
2. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, according to the claim 1, wherein the sieve (14) has a certain sinuous shape, following the lower profile of the intermediate roll (37) and the lower profile of the gathering roll (16).

3. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, comprising a gathering roll (16) assembled by several sets of gathering pins (21), where each set is preferably assembled by six radial pins, originating a circle (21A) of pins; wherein said gathering roll (16) includes the arrangement of a set of separators (45), each one assembled by an U-bent metal sheet ruler, placed among each circular set (21A) of pins (21), so that the round part of each separator (45) may be turned forward, while their ends are placed backward, where they are fixed by appropriate supports (46).
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, comprising a gathering roll (16) assembled by several sets of gathering pins (21), where each set is preferably assembled by six radial pins, originating a circle (21A) of pins; wherein said gathering roll (16) includes the arrangement of a set of separators (45), each one assembled by an U-bent metal sheet ruler, placed among each circular set (21A) of pins (21), so that the round part of each separator (45) may be turned forward, while their ends are placed backward, where they are fixed by appropriate supports (46).
4. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, wherein it includes, between the mouth (9) and each wheel (15), an intermediate set for the height adjustment (47), comprised by a telescope (48) whose end is interconnected with the supporting structure (49) of the corresponding wheel (15), while the upper end comprises a bearer (50) and spring (51) fastened to the side of the gathering mouth (37), where said set is crossed by a threaded piece (52) with the corresponding handle (53).
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, wherein it includes, between the mouth (9) and each wheel (15), an intermediate set for the height adjustment (47), comprised by a telescope (48) whose end is interconnected with the supporting structure (49) of the corresponding wheel (15), while the upper end comprises a bearer (50) and spring (51) fastened to the side of the gathering mouth (37), where said set is crossed by a threaded piece (52) with the corresponding handle (53).
5. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, according to the claim 1, wherein, in a first constructive embodiment, the separators (45') consist of round bars also curved and, in this case, the gathering roll (16) is preferably comprised by eight retractable pins (21).

6. ARRANGEMENT IN GATHERING MOUTH FOR BEAN AND PEANUT
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, wherein, in a second embodiment, the distance between the gathering roll (16) and the intermediate dragging roll (37) is substantially higher, so that in this space other two dragging rolls may be placed, one is cylindrical (54) and the other is six-sided cut (55), which are synchronized with themselves by a supplementary transmission system (56) assembled in the left and right side of the mouth (9), where said transmission systems comprises gears, chains and a belt stretcher, so that said rolls (54-55) as well as the gathering roll (16) and the dragging roll (37) may be synchronized each other, and with the power switch of the tractor.
HARVESTER, according to claim 1, wherein, in a second embodiment, the distance between the gathering roll (16) and the intermediate dragging roll (37) is substantially higher, so that in this space other two dragging rolls may be placed, one is cylindrical (54) and the other is six-sided cut (55), which are synchronized with themselves by a supplementary transmission system (56) assembled in the left and right side of the mouth (9), where said transmission systems comprises gears, chains and a belt stretcher, so that said rolls (54-55) as well as the gathering roll (16) and the dragging roll (37) may be synchronized each other, and with the power switch of the tractor.
