Abstract
L'assemblage de l'écran réfractaire comprend : un écran de métal semi-circulaire allongé; une pluralité d'ancrages non-jointifs en saillie de la surface avant de l'écran; une couche de matériau réfractaire anti-abrasion sus-jacente à la surface et s'étendant entre et reliant le système d'ancrage où le matériau réfractaire est fixé à l'écran avec les ancrages; et des moyens, tels que des colliers de serrage, pour fixer l'écran à un tube de chaudière. L'assemblage de l'écran réfractaire protège le tube de chaudière sous-jacent contre l'érosion causée par un débit de gaz de combustion chaud contenant des particules.
