Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'alimentation ou de craquage d'une charge d'hydrocarbures lourds, comprenant les étapes suivantes : chauffage de la charge d'hydrocarbures lourds, mélange de cette charge avec un fluide et/ou un courant de vapeur de dilution primaire pour former un mélange, vaporisation par flash du mélange pour former une phase vapeur et une phase liquide, et variation de la quantité de fluide et/ou du courant de vapeur de dilution primaire mélangé avec la charge d'hydrocarbures lourds, en conformité avec au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement sélectionné du procédé, tel que la température du courant de détente avant l'entrée dans le ballon de détente.
