Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de prothèse fémorale du genou pour la réfection d'une surface articulaire réséquée à l'extrémité distale d'un fémur. Ce système comprend un composant fémoral, conçu pour correspondre à la surface articulaire réséquée, et un élément d'attache. La surface intérieure du composant fémoral est conçue pour se raccorder au premier élément d'attache, lorsque le composant fémoral est mis en correspondance avec la surface articulaire réséquée du fémur et lorsque le premier élément d'attache est passé à travers le côté médian ou côté latéral de la surface articulaire réséquée. Le composant fémoral est disponible en systèmes monobloc ou deux pièces.
