Abstract

Selon cette invention, le système fermé utilisé permet d'éliminer l'exposition de l'ouvrier lors des opérations de décokage d'un récipient de coke et réduit ainsi considérablement les risques courus par les ouvriers. Ce système accroît également la capacité de cokéfaction par la réduction de la durée du cycle de cokéfaction. Ce système fermé comprend de préférence un récipient (45) de coke comportant une conduite d'alimentation (50) à admission radiale fixée au récipient (45) au-dessus du fond (75) du récipient ; un logement (60) de fermeture comportant un élément de fermeture latéralement mobile scellé au fond (75) du récipient soit directement sans soit indirectement avec un élément de corps d'adaptation (85) et un couloir (65) de coke scellé au fond du logement (60) de fermeture. Ce système peut être actionné à distance et de manière répétée pour de nombreux cycles de cokéfaction/décokage sans que cela implique le retrait d'un élément du système.
