Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse contenant de la silice, comprenant un polymère organique anionique possédant au moins un groupe aromatique et des particules à base de silice anioniques agrégées ou en microgel. Ladite composition aqueuse contenant de la silice contient le polymère organique anionique possédant au moins un groupe aromatique et les particules à base de silice anioniques à raison d'au moins 0,01 % en poids du poids total de la composition aqueuse contenant de la silice. La composition aqueuse contenant de la silice ne contient sensiblement pas d'agent de collage réagissant à la cellulose et le polymère organique anionique possédant au moins un groupe aromatique n'est pas un condensat de naphtalène sulfonate formaldéhyde anionique. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de préparation de la composition aqueuse contenant de la silice et sur l'utilisation de ladite composition en tant qu'agent séquestrant et agent de rétention dans un procédé de production de papier. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de production de papier à partir d'une suspension aqueuse contenant des fibres de cellulose, et éventuellement une charge, dans lequel la composition aqueuse contenant de la silice et au moins un polymère organique chargé sont ajoutés à la suspension cellulosique.
