Description

The technical part of the invention is to improve on an industrial level, a equipment with a (moving floor "
technique known in particular for the collection of household waste, but on the other hand from this concept of allowing the recovery of energy released by the chemical reaction during operation of the equipment in question, by exchange thermal longitudinal walls.
Moreover, following the concept of the process, it will be equipped with a incoming product dispatcher Finally this equipment will include a security installation to mitigate any failure resulting from a runaway process under the action of materials in the course of reaction treatment not in accordance with the class of matter to be treated and without our knowledge.
The operating principle consists of engaging in the adsorber produced in sheet steel a useful volume corresponding to hourly flow rate of the products to be treated according to the plan described hereafter (fig1 and fig2) a product previously mixed with chemical reagents of the compounds carbon elements, cellulosics, materials putrescible, manure, droppings, peat, fats and sludge in the receptacle (2, Fig. 1), which mixture is distributed over the first third of the surface of the equipment by screws distribution and clearance (3, fig1). The moving floor driven by a variable frequency electric motor and a set of transmission advances the product to the party opposite to the input (E, tig1). It is also engaged by a set of screw (3 fig1) to respond to the input flow speed of advancement of the product towards the point (E.fig1) is carried out at speed very slow (from 10min to 40mmfmn).
During the time this mass transfer takes place, the mixture introduces releases an energy whose temperature reaches 250 C under low oxygen content.
The product under the effect of this chemical reaction hydrates to give CaO +
H20 ..... Ca (OH) 2, by the other induced reactants in the product we obtain the capture of the carbon emissions:
CO2 + H2O HCO-3 + Ca (OH) 2 CaCO3 + H2O
But also allows the capture of the products resulting from the decomposition of organic materials such as CaCl2 + RNH3 As well as malodorous gases forming: CaSO4, 2H20, the neutralization of bases Ca (OH) 2+ Md, the neutralization of acids and anhydrides such as: H20 + CaA2 The gases resulting from the transformation of this mixture are removed by the piping provided for this purpose (C, fig1). and directed to a scrubber scrubber.
