Abstract

Les supports de séparation polymères non polaires, tels que les billes ou les blocs, conviennent à la séparation chromatographique de mélanges de polynucléotides lorsque la surface desdits supports est substituée ou non par un groupe hydrocarboné comportant de un à 1 000 000 atomes de carbone et lorsque ladite surface est sensiblement exempte de toute contamination aux cations multivalents. Les supports polymères permettent, pour leur part, une séparation polynucléotidique efficace par chromatographie MIPC (Matched Ion Polynucleotide Chromatography). L'invention concerne également des procédés de conservation et de stockage desdits supports polymères, lesquels consistent à traiter lesdits supports avec des agents de liaison des cations multivalents.
