Abstract

Les composés de l'invention se présentent comme des dérivés peptidiques d'acryloyle de la formule (I) dans laquelle n est 3 ou 4; m est 0, 1 ou 2; X et Y sont identiques ou différents et sont sélectionnés, indépendamment de chaque noyau hétérocyclique, entre N ou CH; R(1) et R(2), identiques ou différents, sont sélectionnés entre hydrogène, halogène ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); R(3) est hydrogène ou halogène, B est sélectionnés parmi les groupes correspondant à la formule (II), dans laquelle R(4), R(5), R(7), et R(8) sont indépendamment les uns des autres hydrogène ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); R(6) est hydrogène, hydroxy ou alkyle C(1)-C(4); ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci; et ce à condition que X et Y ne sont pas tous deux des atomes N pour le même noyau hétérocyclique; lorsque X et Y sont des groupes CH et m est 0, au moins un des R(4), R(5), ou R(6) est différent d'hydrogène; lorsqu'au moins un des X et Y est autre que CH, au moins un parmi R(4) et R(5) est différent d'hydrogène. Les composés sont utilisés comme agents antitumoraux.
