Abstract

Une lisse d'usure rectangulaire et auto aiguisante pour un ski de motoneige: elle comprend une lame centrale rectangulaire encastrée au milieu d'un support aussi rectangulaire et mince. La dureté du support est inférieure à celle de la lame centrale au carbure, qui peut glisser sur une surface dure comme celle d'un chemin asphalté, alors qu'elle peut creuser un sillon profond pour procurer de la conduite, de l'adhérence pour tourner sur la glace et pour protéger le support contre l'usure lors du glissement sur des chemins asphaltés ou sur des chemins de gravier gelé ou abrasif. Le support s'use lors du passage sur les chemins de gravier gelé et entremêlés à la neige mais après qu'il a une certaine protection par le carbure. Il y a toujours une différence d'usure par rapport à la différence de dureté et de hauteur entre la lame et le support, sur toute la profondeur de la lisse d'usure, la rendant ainsi auto aiguisante jusqu'à l'usure complète du carbure (30).
