Ce 25 mélange chaud a été mélangé à la ercme cétylique portée à une température proche de la températ.urc de fusion de l'alcool cétyliquc. Le mélange ainsi formé s été mixé pendant son refroidissement à température ambiante.

Les compositions ~I:rLIIICS~ aïnsi obtenues avaient des propri6tés antibiotiques et désinfectantes, Des tasts ont semblé montrer une n~aitleure efficacité du traitement.
D'autres principes actifs peuvent être ajoutés à ces crèmes, si nécessaires.
Des lotions peuvent étrc prcparécs à partir des crèmes. Dans ce cas il sufiit de mélanger les crème ~ une quanlüé suffisante d'eau ou d'une solution aqueuse.
Par exemple on mclange un volume de crème ~ un volume d'eau.
5 De façon similaire, on a pr éparc des poudres conlenani en tapi que principes actifs d'autres huiles essentielles, des extraits alcoolïques ou hydroalcooliques, de chlohcxidri gluconas, des extraits fluides, des préparations à base de propylbneglycol, de préparation à base de paraffine, des pnparations à base de macéràt glycériné, ou des mélanges de ceux-ci. La poudre suivant l'invention peut le contenir jusqu'à 30% en poids de principes actifs, voire beaucoup plus. 1~n particulier, la poudre contient de 0,1 à 15% de principes actifs, plus spécifiquement de 0,1 à 10 % de principes actifs.
Avant son utilisation, la poudre est transformée en crbrne uu lotion, La poudre est 15 avantageusement mise sous forme de sachet contenant une dose de principe actif.
Dans ce cas, une crème ou lotion contenant juste la dose de principes actifs qui doit ëtre appliquée sur le corps ou partie de corps est préparée juste avant son utilisation ou lors de son utilisation. Cette préparation peut soif étre préparée par le patient lui-même, soif par une infirmière, un vétérinaim, un pharmacien ou un médecin.
