Description
PANNEAU THERMO-ACOUSTIQUE
L'invention est illustrée par les dessins annexés dans lesquels la figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un panneau thermo-acoustique selon l' invention;
la figure 2 est une vue en coupe en utilisation plancher sur base de béton ou sur ossature de bois;
The present invention relates to a thermo-acoustic panel, consisting of two main building blocks, including a rigid body and a flexible body.
According to the invention the thermo-acoustic panel is characterized in that it is consisting of a rigid body comprising gypsum, the rigid panel comprising in besides a resilient element.
For example, the rigid body may be a support panel composed of gypsum unreinforced or reinforced with cellulose fiber, concrete, multi-composite and of synthetic fibers. It can also contain metal particles to characteristics radiant.
The resilient element, meanwhile, can be a flexible body in particular composed of synthetic fibers and natural fibers, for example in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, or any other polymer with regard to fibers of synthesis. In the case of natural fibers, we could use fiberglass, mineral fibers, cellulose fibers and / or cork.
The resilient element may be in the form of an elastomeric membrane made in particular of neoprene, natural or synthetic rubber or its derivatives.
The resilient element can be incorporated into the rigid body but of preference, the resilient element is in the form of a flexible body separate from the body rigid. Of preferably, the resilient element is in the form of an elastomeric membrane.
The rigid body and the resilient element are preferably laminated together thereby providing thermal, mechanical, acoustic and repellent.
:? 5 The dimensions of the panel consisting of the rigid body and the element resilient can vary according to the needs, but preferably we will use a varying thickness between '/ 4 inch and 1 inch. The panel should preferably be rectangular and will have the following dimensions 4 'x 4' x 8 'x 10' x 12 '.
The invention is illustrated by the accompanying drawings in which Figure 1 is a sectional view of a thermo-acoustic panel according to the invention;
Figure 2 is a sectional view in floor use on concrete base or on wooden frame;
Figure 3 is a sectional view in wall use.
In use for floors, the support panel (substrate) according to the invention is intended for all types of construction (wood, concrete, metal, etc.) acting as a substrate for flexible coatings (prelart), ceramic, natural and synthetic stones as well as hardwood floors used in the residential, commercial, and institutional construction. We will refer to figure 1 drawings.
In wall use, the panel will be used in interior partitions to the residential, commercial and institutional construction.
The panel according to the invention is more efficient and minimizes costs and construction constraints,
