Abstract

The present invention relates to a wall stud comprising: - 2 side parts; - 1 central part; - At least 1 connecting means, the section of said connecting means being in all or part round, rectangular or straight, said connecting means comprising at least one row of recesses; said connecting means for connecting a side portion with the central portion.

Description

The present invention relates to a wall stud having acoustical properties. A common technique for building building walls, including bulkhead and against wall, is to fix plasterboards on a metal frame comprising horizontal rails fixed for example to the floor, vertical uprights. This technique of building walls is relatively simple and inexpensive, and can modulate or subdivide the spaces of a building during its renovation or construction.

Or the vertical amount can act as a sound bridge for the transmission of sound waves, reducing the sound-absorbing performance of the partition. In order to meet the requirements of the users, it is necessary to find a way to prevent the transmission of sound waves via the uprights. Also the problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a new amount having good sound insulation properties and both good mechanical properties, while reducing the consumption of raw materials necessary for the realization of said amount. Unexpectedly, the inventors have demonstrated that it is possible to achieve an acoustic amount by adding a flexible means located at the corners of this amount and comprising slots. For this purpose the present invention provides a wall jamb comprising: 2 side portions (1, 2); 1 central part (3); at least one connecting means (4), the section of said connecting means being in all or part round, rectangular or straight, said connecting means comprising at least one row of recesses (5); said connecting means for connecting a side portion (1) or (2) with the central portion (3). The invention also relates to a system comprising a wall jamb 30 as described above. Finally, the invention also relates to the use of a wall jamb as described above to improve the sound insulation of a system. The invention offers at least one of the critical advantages described below. Advantageously, the amount according to the invention has an improvement of the acoustic insulation of systems in which the amount is incorporated. The invention offers another advantage that the amounts according to the invention allow an economic improvement of the systems.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the uprights according to the invention have a mechanical inertia substantially equivalent to standard market sizes having the same dimensions and same thickness of steel. Finally, the invention has the advantage of being able to be implemented in all industries, in particular the construction industry, and to all construction markets (building, civil engineering or prefabrication plant), to the construction industry. the construction of plaster elements. Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will become clear from reading the description and examples given by way of purely illustrative and nonlimiting that will follow. By the term "elements for the field of construction" is meant according to the present invention any constituent element of a construction such as for example a floor, a screed, a foundation, a wall, a partition, a ceiling, a beam , a work plan, a cornice.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention relates primarily to a wall stud comprising: - 2 side parts; - 1 central part; at least one connecting means, the section of said connecting means being wholly or partly round, rectangular or straight, said connecting means comprising at least one row of recesses; said connecting means for connecting a side portion with the central portion.

Preferably, the side portions are intended to receive the plasterboard, which can be screwed on their support. Preferably, the partition amount according to the invention comprises two connecting means, identical or different. Preferably, the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention is wholly or partly located in the interior space between the central portion and the side portions. By the expression, "internal space located between the central part and the lateral parts", is meant the rectangular surface defined by the central part and the lateral parts without taking into account the connecting means. Preferably, the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention may have a section in all or part round, rectangular or straight. Preferably, when the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention has a cross section then it can form with the central part an angle of 135 ° in the interior space.

Preferably, when the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention has a cross section then it can form with the side part an angle of 135 ° in the interior space. Preferably, the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention comprises from 1 to 10 rows of recesses, said rows being in all or part parraleles, preferably from 1 to 5, even more preferably from 1 to 2. Preferably, the recesses of the wall jamb according to the invention are slots or holes. Preferably, the recesses of the wall jamb according to the invention are particularly C-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped, S-shaped, X-shaped, elongate or a mixture of these forms. Preferably, the recesses of the wall jamb according to the invention are slots disposed in the direction of the length of the upright or are arranged diagonally with respect to the length of the upright. Preferably, the recesses of the wall jamb according to the invention are slots arranged in staggered rows or with respect to one another. Preferably, the side portions of the wall jamb according to the invention comprise one or more ribs. These ribs may be in the form of grooves (6a and 6b). Preferably, the side portions of the wall jamb according to the invention are opposite, preferably parallel to each other. Preferably, the central portion of the wall jamb according to the invention and a side portion form an angle of 90 ° in the interior space of the wall jamb according to the invention. Preferably, the central portion of the wall jamb according to the invention comprises one or more ribs, these ribs may be directed towards the interior space or not. The invention relates secondly to a system comprising a wall jamb according to the invention. This type of system is particularly intended for partitioning in offices, hospitals, schools, residential homes or industrial premises. The invention relates thirdly to the use of a wall jamb according to the invention for improving the acoustic insulation of a system.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION The following embodiments illustrate the invention without limiting its scope. Referring firstly to FIGS. 1 to 2, the wall stud according to the invention comprises 2 lateral parts (1, 2), 1 central part (3) and at least 1 connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) are substantially flat, and intended to receive gypsum board and / or spacers. The side portions 30 (1, 2) are opposed. The central part is substantially flat. The lateral parts (1, 2) and the central part (3) are connected by the connecting means (4). The connecting means (4) has a partly rectangular section. The connecting means (4) comprises two rows of recesses (5), said recesses being in the form of elongated slots arranged in the length direction of the upright, and arranged in staggered relation to one another. The elongated slots have a length of about 30 mm. These slots are arranged at the corners of the connecting means (4). According to a variant of this embodiment, the connecting means (4) could comprise 3 rows of recesses or more.

With reference to FIGS. 3 to 4, the wall stud according to the invention comprises two lateral parts (1, 2), one central part (3) and at least one connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) are substantially plane. The side parts (1, 2) are opposite. The central part is substantially flat. The lateral parts (1, 2) and the central part (3) are connected by the connecting means (4). The connecting means (4) has a partly round, U-shaped section. The connecting means (4) comprises two rows of recesses (5), said recesses (5) being in the form of elongated slots arranged in the direction of the length of the upright, and arranged in staggered relation to each other. The elongated slots have a length of about 30 mm. These slots are arranged either at the angles between the connecting means (4) and the lateral part and / or at the angles between the connecting means (4) and the central part. According to a variant of this embodiment, the connecting means (4) could comprise 3 rows of recesses or more. With reference to FIGS. 5 to 6, the wall jamb is a variant according to the invention. This amount comprises 2 lateral parts (1, 2), 1 central part (3) and at least 1 connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) have ribs (6a and 6b) whose hollow part of the rib is directed towards the interior space. Referring to Figures 7 to 8, the wall jamb according to the invention comprises 2 side portions (1, 2), 1 central portion (3) and at least 1 connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) are substantially plane. The side parts (1, 2) are opposite. The central part is substantially flat. The lateral parts (1, 2) and the central part (3) are connected by the connecting means (4). The connecting means (4) has a partly rectangular section. The connecting means (4) comprises recesses (5), said recesses (5) being in the form of slits in the form of] arranged in the direction of the length of the upright. These slots are arranged on the flat part of the connecting means. Referring to Figures 9 to 10, the wall jamb is a variant of the invention. This amount comprises 2 lateral parts (1, 2), 1 central part (3) and at least 1 connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) have ribs (6a and 6b). The connecting means (4) comprises a row of recesses (5), said recesses (5) being in the form of elongated slots arranged along the length of the upright. Referring to Figures 11 to 12, the wall jamb is a variant of the invention. This amount comprises 2 lateral parts (1, 2), 1 central part (3) and at least 1 connecting means (4). The lateral parts (1, 2) and the central part (3) are connected by the connecting means (4). The connecting means (4) has a cross section. The connecting means (4) comprises 1 row of recesses (5), said recesses (5) being in the form of oblong elongate slots arranged along the length of the upright. Referring to Fig. 13, the variant of the connecting means of the wall jamb according to the invention has a cross-section and forms an angle of 135 ° in the interior space with the central part and with the lateral part. Referring to Figure 14, the system according to the invention comprises an amount according to the invention on which is fixed 2 gypsum boards on either side of the amount.
