Abstract

Selon cette invention, un ensemble d'instrument optique destiné à balayer des biopuces à la recherche d'échantillons d'ADN comprend un émetteur pour projeter un signal optique possédant au moins un premier et un deuxième réseaux spectraux vers un échantillon contenant un ADN. Un détecteur comprend un capteur pour détecter un signal optique émis à partir de cet échantillon. Un premier mécanisme d'entraînement déplace le signal optique en avant et en arrière sur l'échantillon. Un deuxième mécanisme d'entraînement modifie la position de l'échantillon par rapport au signal optique. Un contrôleur termine la détection d'un ou de plusieurs réseaux spectraux tout en déplaçant le signal optique vers l'avant et termine la détection de l'autre réseau spectral tout en déplaçant le signal optique vers l'arrière.
