Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition qui contient un premier polymère contenant des unités (1-4)-.beta.-xylopyranosyl à substitution arabinosyle et réticulé à un second polymère contenant des unités d'acide D-galacturonique. L'invention concerne en outre des produits contenant les compositions précitées.
