On sait qu'au cours des années surtout depuis l'avènement de la TV, le temps consacré aux loisirs intérieurs et au cinéma maison est beaucoup plus important et ainsi les habitudes de vie des consommateurs ont beaucoup évolués et le confort des meubles prend de plus en plus d'importance. Le premier objet de l'invention est donc d'améliorer le confort des meubles rembourrés, fauteuils et divans. En adaptant le meuble à la morphologie de l'utilisateur par l'utilisation d'un SUPPORT
LOMBAIRE
ajustable.
Ce système lombaire est spécialement conçu pour offrir un plus grand confort pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes au dos et aussi accommoder les personnes de petite taille en ajustant la profondeur du dossier de n'importe quel fauteuil.
DFINITION GENERALE DE L'INVENTION
La présente invention consiste donc dans son ensemble, à créer un système lombaire mobile à différents degrés (positions) d'ajustement, inséré à
l'intérieur du dossier d'un meuble rembourré.
Ce dispositif est pensé pour être incorporer dans tout modèle de dossier de meuble sans trop de modifications.
z On sait qu'un fauteuil, pour être confortable se doit d'appuyer le bas dos de l'utilisateur. Ce système permet à l'utilisateur de choisir la position confort maximum pour lui.
L'invention du système lombaire ajustable permet l'ajustement du bas dos d'un fauteuil facilement. manuellement et en toute sécurité.
Selon votre choix, les pentures ajustables actionnent le mouvement du dossier mobile, en quatre positions différentes, pour mieux supporter le bas du dos, selon votre choix. Et ce grâce à des poignées de cordage de nylon incorporées au rembourrage et reliées à la base du dossier mobile. (Voir photo 2B) L'utilisateur n'a qu'a tirer sur ces poignées, pour trouver la position qui lui convient. Si il tire jusqu'au bout l'utilisateur revient à la première position et il peut à
nouveau trouver la position la plus confortable.
Cette réalisation, fait aussi, qu'en avançant le bas dos, on raccourcit la profondeur du siège, améliorant le confort et le support du dos pour les personnes de petite taille.
BUTS ET UTILITE ET TRAIT DISTYINCTIF DE L'INVENTION.
Le but et l'utilité et le trait distinctif de l'invention est donc d'améliorer de façon significative le confort des fauteuils en général en adaptant le dos du fauteuil à la morphologie et besoin de l'utilisateur, selon son choix.

Nous oeuvrons dans ce domaine depuis plus de 40 ans et nous ne connaissons rien d'équivalent sur le marché.. Notre recherche ne nous a pas permis de trouver un brevet qui soit exactement équivalent.
DESCRIPTION
Spécialement conçu pour améliorer le confort d'un fauteuil (ou divan) rembourré, ce dispositif peut être de différentes dimensions selon le fauteuil utilisé, mais cependant le principe reste le meure.
Ce système lombaire consiste a insérer un dossier mobile ou support lombaire (dessin No 1 ) à l'intérieur du dossier d'un fauteuil ou d'un divan déjà
existant ou en voie de fabrication. Ce cadre intérieur est fixé au cadre extérieur (voir dessin No... l) du meuble, retenu de chaque coté par le haut avec des boulons machinés. Ce qui confère au cadre intérieur la mobilité d'un système à penture. Ce dossier intérieur (dit support lombaire) comporte aussi à sa partie inférieur, un mécanisme de penture charnière a cran d'arrêt à quatre dü~érents degrés, permettant de régler le mouvement du cadre intérieur, donc la profondeur du support lombaire selon les grés et besoins de l'utilisateur. Ce mécanisme dossier mobile et penture charnière à cran d'arrêt sont alors placés à
l'intérieur du dossier de n'importe quel fauteuil et divan mais tout particulièrement dans le dossier des meubles de rembourrage.
La penture charnière (dessins. ...No 3 ) comme tel ne fait pas partie de cette demande de brevet.
Cette charnière à cran d'arrêt, existe déjà sur le marché et sert à d'autre fins.
Cependant la façon dont nous nous proposons de l'utilisé nous est propre.
Cette penture permet d'ajuster le dossier mobile intérieur à différente position (degrés) grâce à
l'utilisation d'une glissière (dessins.... 1B ) dans laquelle s'insère un axe d'articulation constitué d'un boulon d'acier d'environ 3.75 cm....(dessin No 3A....) fixer à
la penture à cran d'arrêt. Cette façon d'utiliser cette charnière, fait partie de notre demande de brevet et nous est exclusive..
MATERIAUX
Ce dispositif dossier mobile, est constitué d'un cadre en bois franc épousant la courbe du dossier du meuble. Pour le confort, quatre ressorts {No-Sag dessins I ) ou plus sont fixés à l'horizontale sur ce cadre intérieur. (Voir dessins No ..1 qui donne les dimensions susceptibles d'être les plus utilisées, cependant elles peuvent varier selon le fauteuil.) Ce cadre intérieur est fixé au cadre extérieur (voir dessin No... l) du meuble.
Retenu de chaque coté par le haut avec des boulons machinés ( dessin . . . No 1 A )et en bas par des plaquettes de métal avec fente , glissière ou s'insère l'axe d'articulation de la penture à cran d'arrêt. (Voir dessin No... l) pour les dimensions de la glissière) Ces pentures articulées à cran d'arrêt sont fixés de chaque coté au cadre du dossier extérieur. ( Dessin No...2A et photos. lAA.) Le tout est actionné par les poignées fait de corde de nylon de I /2 cm recouvert de tissus agencés au tissus du meuble et fixées au cadre mobile intérieur, dans le dos du rembourrage du meuble, sous le bas dos. This lumbar system is specially designed to provide greater comfort for people who have back problems and also accommodate those people from small size by adjusting the depth of the backrest of any armchair.
GENERAL DEFINITION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention therefore consists, as a whole, in creating a system mobile lumbar with different degrees (positions) of adjustment, inserted at inside the back of an upholstered piece of furniture.
This device is designed to be incorporated into any model of furniture without too many modifications.
z We know that to be comfortable, an armchair must support the lower back of the user. This system allows the user to choose the position maximum comfort for him.
The invention of the adjustable lumbar system allows the adjustment of the lower back of a easy chair. manually and securely.
Depending on your choice, the adjustable hinges activate the movement of the backrest mobile, in four different positions, to better support the lower back, according to your choice. And this thanks to nylon cord handles incorporated in the padding and connected to the base of the mobile file. (See photo 2B) The user only has to pull on these handles, to find the position which him appropriate. If it pulls to the end the user returns to the first position and he can at again find the most comfortable position.
This realization, also, that by advancing the lower back, we shorten the depth of the seat, improving comfort and back support for people of small size.
GOALS AND UTILITY AND DISTYINCTIVE FEATURE OF THE INVENTION.
The aim and the utility and the distinctive feature of the invention is therefore to improve in a way significant comfort of the chairs in general by adapting the back of the armchair morphology and needs of the user, according to his choice.

DESCRIPTION
Specially designed to improve the comfort of an armchair (or sofa) padded, this device can be of different dimensions depending on the chair used, However the principle remains the die.
This lumbar system consists of inserting a mobile backrest or lumbar support (drawing No 1) inside the back of a chair or sofa already existing or in manufacturing route. This inner frame is fixed to the outer frame (see drawing No ... l) of piece of furniture, retained on each side from the top with engineered bolts. What gives the interior frame the mobility of a hinge system. This interior folder (says support lumbar) also has a hinge mechanism in its lower part notch hinge stop at four to three degrees, to adjust the movement of the frame inside, therefore the depth of the lumbar support according to the wishes and needs of the user. However, the way we propose to use it is unique to us.

MATERIALS
This mobile backrest device, consists of a hardwood frame matching the backrest curve. For comfort, four springs {No-Sag designs I) or more are fixed horizontally on this inner frame. (See drawings No ..1 who gives them dimensions likely to be the most used, however they can vary depending on armchair.) This inner frame is fixed to the outer frame (see drawing No ... l) of the furniture.
Retained on each side from the top with engineered bolts (drawing.. No 1 A) and in bottom by metal plates with slot, slide or the axis is inserted of articulation the stopper hinge. (See drawing No ... l) for the dimensions of the slide) These hinged hinged hinges are fixed on each side to the frame of the exterior folder. (Drawing No ... 2A and photos. AAA.) The whole thing is operated by the handles made of I / 2 cm nylon cord coated fabrics arranged in the furniture fabrics and fixed to the interior movable frame, in the back of the furniture padding, under the low back.
