本発明は持運びが出来る簡易便器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の簡易便器は一般に室内所定個所に置かれ、病人、老人、身障者が使用する場合が多い。したがって上記体の不自由な人が使用する場合、使い勝手の良い構造を採用することが必要とされる。
特に排便時に使用者が排便容易な姿勢をとり得るようにすることが望ましい。排便容易な姿勢とは便器本体に腰かけた使用者がが前かがみになる姿勢である。
このような前かがみになる姿勢をとり易くするために、従来便器本体の前側に腕置台を配置した構成（特許文献１）、あるいは便器本体上面両側に立設した肘掛けの先端部に握持杆を回動可能に取付けた構成（特許文献２）等が提供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成のうち、便器本体の前側に腕置台を配置した構成では、腕置台や該腕置台を支持するための支持台等の部材が別個に必要であり、また場所をとるし、使用者が便器本体に腰かけたり立上ったりする時にも腕置台や支持台等が干渉する。
また肘掛けの先端部に握持杆を回動可能に取付けた構成では、肘掛けと云う部材が別個に必要であるし、前かがみの姿勢では肘掛けと握持杆とが使用者の体にフィットしにくゝ使い勝手が悪い。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、便器本体（２）上面両側から肘掛け（６）を立設した便器（１）であって、該肘掛け（６）は脚部（１１）と、該脚部（１１）に支持されている内側に彎曲する弧状下側板（１２）と、該弧状下側板（１２）の上側に該弧状形状に沿って摺動可能に取付けられている弧状上側板（１３）とからなる簡易便器（１）を提供する。
該弧状上側板（１３）には下面に弧状ガイド溝（１７）が形成されており、該弧状下側板（１２）は該弧状上側板（１３）の弧状ガイド溝（１７）に摺動可能に嵌着されていることが望ましく、この場合該弧状上側板（１３）の弧状ガイド溝（１７）の両側縁下端からは溝内側に向けて係止板（１６）が差出されており、該弧状下側板（１２）の両側面には該弧状上側板（１３）の係止板（１６）に係合する段部（１２Ａ）または溝部（１２Ｂ）が形成されていることが望ましい。
また該弧状上側板（１３）の先端部にはグリップ（１８）が取付けられていることが望ましい。

【作用】
排便時、肘掛け（６）の弧状上側板（１３）を前方へ摺動させる。そうすると該弧状上側板（１３）は便器本体（２）に腰かけている使用者の前方に突出た状態になり、そして使用者の体は該弧状下側板（１２）と該弧状上側板（１３）とによって左右側方から前方にかけて取巻かれた状態となり、使用者にとって安定感、フィット感が生じる。
使用者はこの状態で前かがみになって該弧状上側板（１３）に腕を支えて排便する。該弧状上側板（１３）には下面に弧状ガイド溝（１７）が形成されており、該弧状下側板（１２）は該弧状上側板（１３）の弧状ガイド溝（１７）に摺動可能に嵌着されていると、該弧状上側板（１３）は該弧状下側板（１２）の弧状形状に沿って摺動し易くなる。
更に該弧状上側板（１３）の弧状ガイド溝（１７）の両側縁下端からは溝内側に向けて係止板（１６）が差出されており、該弧状下側板（１２）の両側面には該弧状上側板（１３）の係止板（１６）に係合する段部（１２Ａ）または溝部（１２Ｂ）が形成されていると、該弧状上側板（１３）は該弧状下側板（１２）からはずれることが確実に阻止される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を図１〜図５に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、簡易便器（１）は便器本体（２）と、便器本体（２）の上面に載置される便座（３）と、該便座（３）上に被着される座蓋（４）と、該便器本体（２）上面後縁に立設される背もたれ（５）と、該便器本体（２）上面両側に立設されている肘掛け（６）とからなり、該便座（３）は後縁ヒンジ部（７）によって該便器本体（２）上面後縁部に跳ね上げ可能に枢着されており、該座蓋（４）は両側のリンク（８，８）によって該便器本体（２）両側上縁部に連設されており、該座蓋（４）は該便座（３）上に被着された状態から図１に示す背もたれ（５）の内側を通り抜けて後方へ撤去された状態にリンク（８，８）を介して移動可能にされている。
該座蓋（４）を該便座（３）上に被着した状態では、該座蓋（４）上に腰かけて該簡易便器（１）を椅子として使用出来る。

更に該弧状上側板（１３）の上面先端部にはグリップ（１８）が取付けられている。

上記したように左右の弧状上側板（１３）を先端突合せ状態とすればそれ以上該弧状上側板（１３）は摺動出来ず、弧状下側板（１２）から外れてしまうことはなくなるが、弧状上側板（１３）が弧状下側板（１２）から外れないように防止する手段として、本実施例では図３に示すように帯状の係止板（１６）の一方の側の根端付近内側に段部（１６Ａ）を設けておき、肘掛け（６）最延伸状態で該弧状下側板（１２）の側面から突出させたピン（１９）に該段部（１６Ａ）を係止させる。該ピン（１９）に代えて該弧状下側板（１２）の側面にも段部を設け、該段部と該弧状上側板（１３）の帯状係止板（１６）の段部（１６Ａ）とを係合してもよい。
なお肘掛け（６）のグリップ（１８）は、該弧状上側板（１３）を摺動させる時の手がかりとしたり、排便時の前かがみ状態で使用者が手で握ったり、使用者が便器本体（２）に腰掛けたり、便器本体（２）から立上ったりする時手で握って支えるためのものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明では、肘掛け自体が弧状形状に沿って伸縮するので、使用者が前かがみ状態で支える手段を別個に設ける必要がないので、便器が場所をとらず、持運びにも便利であり、また安価に提供出来る。更に肘掛け延伸状態では肘掛けが使用者の体を左右側方および前方から取巻くような状態となるので、使用者に安定感およびフィット感が与えられ、使い勝手が非常に良好になる。
