Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'identification du nouvel homologue récepteur du facteur de nécrose tumorale (TRH1), de même que ses séquences d'acide nucléique et d'acide aminé qui l'identifie. Cette invention concerne aussi des techniques d'utilisation de ces séquences d'acide nucléique, de la protéine TRH1, d'un anticorps monoclonal spécifique au récepteur du facteur de nécrose tumorale, d'un ligand du nouveau récepteur du facteur de nécrose tumorale, et de protéines hybrides comprenant tout ou partie du TRH1 de l'invention.
