Abstract

Ce procédé d'amélioration des caractéristiques mousseuses d'un produit liquide azoté, tel que de la bière, conditionné dans des boîtes métalliques, bouteilles ou autres contenants appropriés, comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à remuer un contenant scellé, afin de disperser les bulles d'azote dans tout le produit liquide, puis à ouvrir aussitôt le contenant et à verser le produit liquide à partir de celui-ci.
