Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant la mesure avec sélectivité isotopique d'éléments chimiques, en particulier d'éléments radioactifs, contenus dans des substances, en particulier des substances radioactives. L'objectif de l'invention est d'offrir un procédé et un dispositif permettant de mesurer, de la façon la plus simple possible, aussi bien la concentration totale que la composition isotopique des éléments contenus. A cet effet, il est proposé, pour effectuer la mesure, de combiner le procédé de spectroscopie d'émission optique, selon lequel un plasma sous forme d'un nuage de vapeur d'échantillon est produit par érosion au laser d'un échantillon à analyser, avec le procédé de la spectroscopie de fluorescence induite par laser, selon lequel il se produit une excitation de fluorescence du nuage de vapeur d'échantillon induite par laser.
