Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés utiles pour la constitution d'ADN extrachromosomique, ledit ADN codant un produit qui modifie le niveau de la production de taxol. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés qui permettent de constituer de l'ADN extrachromosomique en utilisant la découverte inattendue selon laquelle les champignons Pestalotiopsis ajoutent une ou plusieurs répétitions télomériques aux extrémités de l'ADN exogène.
