Description
On notera que le procédé et le dispositif selon WO 99/47063 Method and device for recycling and decontaminating pockets such as disposable gloves for clean rooms.
The present invention relates in a way general decontamination of bags made of natural material (latex) or plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene or non-porous polymers or microporous, usually disposable after use, and used more specifically in atmospheres controlled atmospheres.
More specifically, the invention relates to a process and device for recycling and decontamination of these disposable pockets for clean rooms.
I1 can therefore also be sachets plastics than natural or synthetic latex gloves, vinyl or any other polymer. Also included are all pocket-shaped articles with porosity to very weak water, even zero.
Only articles are thus excluded in practice porous to water such as textile articles and any other item which can commonly be washed and dried effectively in domestic washing machines and dryers or industrial.
Drying non-porous bags is difficult to realize because the water, which was introduced inside the pockets when washing, is very poorly removed. Indeed, predominant factors prevent drying, especially the--surface tensions between the two internal thin layers which "trap" water and water vapor which cannot pass through the pocket due to the non-porosity of the materials considered.
This is the case for the gloves currently used in the clean room and which are thrown away at each exit that is, approximately every two hours.
The method according to the invention makes it possible to recycle gloves more than once and can therefore be reused like new gloves and not downgraded, for secondary uses, thereby reducing their average price and scrap.
It will be noted that the method and the device according to WO 99/47063
L'intervention permet d'éviter ces inconvénients WO 99/47063 2 PCT / FR99 / 00544 the invention relate to products intended more particularly in areas with a controlled atmosphere and that title, the characteristics of the decontamination bath as well that detergents used are of great importance. Certain decontamination liquids can cause degradation of the material and agents detergents can be the cause of residual pollution, on articles, incompatible with their use on processes in a controlled atmosphere zone.
To date, decontamination is carried out in industrial machines with deionized water and filtered as well as a detergent containing nonionic, cationic or anionic surfactants. The washing parameters such as time, temperature, spin speed and number of cycles are variable just like the volumes of water and detergents used.
In addition, to avoid the introduction of water to the inside of the pockets, which later causes problems drying, these are tied up in bundles in order to make them airtight.
The drying, meanwhile, is carried out in a dryer classic industrial. Factors determining the time of drying are just the temperature and the volume of material loaded into the drum.
These treatments are directly derived from the decontamination of textiles intended for atmospheric zones controlled and it's easy to imagine that they don't allow that a decontamination of the external face of the pockets.
Or for the gloves or pockets already used in areas with controlled atmosphere, single-sided washing is not enough, since on one of the two sides it is necessary eliminate the operator's sweat, and on the other the soiling due to the intervention, because the glove must be returned to its original physical as well configuration than particulate, than bacteriological.
Intervention avoids these disadvantages WO 99/47063
D'autres caractéristiques particulières et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui va suivre d'un exemple de réalisation dans lequel on fait WO 99/47063 3 PCT / FR99 / 00544 by proposing a method and a device by which can wash a pocket or a glove on both sides, internal and external, and thus obtain a recycled product and / or decontaminated, at a lower cost than this same new product, this which allows at the same time to limit releases manufacturers of the materials concerned.
A first object of the invention therefore consists of a bag recycling and decontamination process like disposable gloves for clean rooms, a process that consists - sorting out the pockets marked indelibly, as well as their counting and the implementation of a follow-up computer science, - washing and decontaminating the bags using washing and rinsing water, as well as with a materials, which are treated to be non-polluting, - to transfer inside a closed enclosure and conditioned the washed pockets to a drying unit equipped with devices limiting contamination of products, - to transfer the dried bags to a packaging located inside the closed enclosure, where they are introduced into sachets, - and to transport the conditioned bags out of the enclosure closed.
Another main object of the invention is to object a device for recycling and decontaminating pockets such as disposable gloves for clean rooms, for implementing the method, device according to which a washer located downstream of a sorting station, has a open exit door inside a closed enclosure whose air is conditioned and in which are moved the pockets in the direction of a dryer, also being placed in the closed enclosure.
Other special features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which will follow from an exemplary embodiment in which we make WO 99/47063
L'eau de lavage est additionnée d'un agent de lavage avec au moins un surfactant non ionique ou cationique WO 99/47063 4 PCT / FR99 / 00544 reference to the attached drawing which is a representation schematic of the recycling and decontamination device according to the invention.
Figure 1 schematically shows a device gloves recycling and decontamination.
In a sorting station 1, the gloves are collected indelibly marked with water and solvents. The gloves are returned to the place and sorted manually or automatically by size for those considered not having indelible stains or cuts or tears. Those considered non-recyclable are put discarded. Thanks to the implementation of IT monitoring of these brands, we count the number of items by size, the number of items discarded and the number of items recycled items sorted and considered good.
IT monitoring also makes it possible to know user clients in real time and the evolution of the sizes used, allowing the manufacturer to adjust its production campaigns according to consumption real. Also, it allows management of documents of the sales chain, as well as automatic readjustment by customer of new items to meet their needs industrial, as well as control in the module, fixed or mobile, of all the necessary parameters and essential for the proper functioning of the module by allowing to stop all operations when one of the parameters no longer correspond to the specifications allowing decontamination that meets the industrial needs of destination of recycled products.
When leaving sorting station 1, gloves 2 are directed (broken arrow) to a washer 3 to inside which they are introduced by a gate 4. The washer located downstream of the sorting station is supplied by an ultrapure water production unit. This water is obtained by filtration on activated carbon at least 5 microns. The washing water is added with a washing with at least one nonionic or cationic surfactant WO 99/47063
La laveuse 3 est équipée d'un clapet anti-retour 5 PCTlFR99 / 00544 of the quaternary ammonium type or a mixture of these surfactants. At least one disinfectant having also been added bactericidal properties; virucides, fungicides and oxidizing. It is deionized or osmotic.
The rinse water introduced into the washer is preferably filtered to at least one micron. A water of decontamination is deionized and filtered to at least 0.45 micron.
Washer 3 is equipped with a non-return valve
Il permet, en effet, par rapport aux procédés WO 99/47063 6 on the waste water discharge valve 7, as well as at minus one cartridge not shown, filtration at minus one micron located on the drum vents of the machine. All the elements intended for circulation of fluids is made of non-polluting material, that is to say which allows only a minimum release of particles or ions metallic in the water due to the different parts in contact with water.
The washer has an exit door 8 open inside a closed enclosure 9 which limits thus the particulate contamination generated by the air ambient.
The gloves in the washer are subject to at least one wash, at least one rinse, at least one decontamination and at least one spin.
After collecting the gloves through door 8, we move them in enclosure 9 as shown by the arrow continues to a dryer 10 whose access door 11 is at inside the enclosure.
In the dryer 10 is placed a device hermetic allowing mechanical mixing of the products. We there also ensures a circulation of clean hot air, filtered at least 1 ~, m, from a source supply 12, with a depression of at least 50 mbar. This makes it possible to dry pockets of zero or very low porosity in a time which allows keep the products obtained, competitive. We are planning also an additional aerial ionization device allowing, according to the expressed industrial needs, reduce residual particulate contamination present on pockets or gloves and in particular to reduce significantly particles smaller than 1 ~ .m or potentially modify the load electrostatic pockets or gloves.
After this drying operation, the gloves are directed (discontinuous arrow), still inside the enclosure closed 9, to a packaging station 13 internal to said enclosure, downstream of the dryer 10. Pockets and gloves are introduced therein in sachets or blisters, for example made of polyethylene or polypropylene, which are particularly clean and produced in single or double packaging with tight seal and partial vacuum.
Once packaged, agents are dispatched outside the closed enclosure 9.
Inside this enclosure or take place therefore washing, drying and conditioning and transfers between stations, and or find the materials and personnel necessary to the completion of various tasks and operations manual, the air is conditioned and controlled with a supply clean fresh air with an hourly renewal rate at less equal to 10. This environment, commonly known as "clean room" is necessary to ensure cleanliness particulate essential to the products treated by the device. Therefore, the operators in charge of these operations, wear at least gloves, a charlotte and a combination of characteristics similar to those used in clean rooms according to the rules in force. In case where certain operations would be carried out by systems automatic, these would also be adapted so as not to be not polluting.
The process which is the subject of the invention therefore provides a technical and industrially competitive solution on recycling pockets or gloves with zero or low porosity.
It allows, in fact, compared to the processes WO 99/47063
7 PCT / FR99 / 00544 used to date, to effectively wash both faces of the products concerned thanks in particular to drying specific which allows the evaporation of the liquid phase inside pockets or gloves while reducing by the recycling operation the cost price of the product compared to a new product.
The process also reduces waste by discharge or incinerator of the products concerned, in allowing their recycling and therefore their reuse, at a low cost, which is currently being achieved industrially for materials with high porosity, textile type, but very little and not profitable for the products concerned by said process.
