Abstract
L'invention concerne un moteur de piston (toroïde) à segment ou de piston pendulaire actionné hydrauliquement ou pneumatiquement comprenant un logement de cylindre (1), un chemin (toroïde) de roulement de cylindre situé dans ledit logement, dans lequel un piston pendulaire (3) oscille entre deux directions d'oscillation opposées, et dans lequel le chemin de roulement (2) de cylindre, à un point du cylindre, est divisé par une paroi (4) de chambre de piston qui définit une chambre de piston (5, 6) de chaque côté du piston (3), et dans lequel le piston (3) pendulaire est relié, via une masse en rotation, à un arbre de sortie (13) central et est agencé de manière à fonctionner sur un angle d'actionnement de 340-355·, dans chaque direction d'oscillation. Le moteur de piston pendulaire est formé de deux couplages (14, 15) de type roue libre qui agissent dans des directions opposées, en relation l'un avec l'autre, et d'un moyen (17, 21) d'inversion de la direction de rotation de l'arbre (13) central pendant une direction d'oscillation du piston pendulaire.
