Abstract

L'invention concerne des séquences utiles pour la détection, le diagnostic, la détermination du stade, la surveillance, le pronostic, la visualisation in vivo, la prévention ou le traitement, ou pour la détermination de la prédisposition d'un individu à des maladies et pathologies de la prostate telles que le cancer de la prostate. Ces séquences sont désignées ici par séquences PS213. L'invention concerne également des anticorps qui se lient spécifiquement au polypeptide ou à la protéine codée par PS213, et des agonistes ou inhibiteurs qui inhibent l'action du polypeptide PS213 spécifique au tissu. Ces molécules sont utiles pour le traitement thérapeutique des maladies, tumeurs ou métastases de la prostate.
