Abstract

L'invention est un bouchon avec bec verseur qui permet de mieux verser le liquide d'un contenant en plastique muni d'une anse. La partie inférieure du bouchon est munie d'un bec verseur et d'un orifice laissant passer l'air pour un débit contrôlé du liquide tandis que la partie supérieure est un capuchon amovible qui coiffe et obstrue les orifices de la partie inférieure. Le bouchon s'adapte et se visse au goulot d'un contenant à lait, à eau, à jus ou à tout autre contenant à anse. De plus, le bouchon est réutilisable et remplace le bouchon ordinaire des contenants mentionnés ci-dessus. Le bouchon est également muni d'un système de fixation à ressort. Pour que le liquide puisse sortir librement, on doit maintenir avec une pression du pouce la languette de la partie supérieure. Pour fermer le bouchon, on doit simplement la relâcher. La présente invention est un bouchon muni d'un bec verseur qui sert à verser de façon précise le liquide provenant d'un contenant en plastique à anse.
Les contenants de plastique actuels pour les boissons, notamment les contenants pour le lait, le lait au chocolat, le jus et l'eau munis d'une anse, ont un bouchon dévissable avec autour un anneau de sûreté en plastique que l'on doit enlever lors de la première utilisation. Le contenant, muni d'un goulot d'environ 1 centimètre de profondeur et 4 centimètres de diamètre, déverse mal le liquide, surtout lorsqu'il est plein. Le goulot, de par sa grande ouverture, ne verse pas de façon précise dans le récipient auquel il se destine. De plus, il fait jaillir le liquide de façon abrupte et rapide, causant un écoulement sur les parois du contenant ou un éclaboussement sur une surface, en l'occurrence, le comptoir, la table ou le plancher.
Lors des premières utilisations, les dégâts sont presque inévitables.
Cet inconvénient pourrait être évité grâce à un bouchon muni d'un bec verseur adaptable aux contenants. Grâce à la forme du bec verseur, le liquide se verserait de façon plus précise, et son débit serait contrôlé grâce à un orifice qui laisserait passer l'air. De plus, le bec verseur serait muni d'un capuchon pour conserver la fraîcheur de la boisson adéquatement. Un autre avantage de ce bouchon est qu'il s'ouvre et se ferme automatiquement, d'une simple pression du pouce, ne nécessitant plus le besoin de visser et de dévisser le bouchon. Ä cet effet, le contenant ne se verse maintenant que d'une seule main. Le bouchon est également réutilisable et lavable au lave-vaisselle. De plus, il peut s'adapter aux contenants en plastique munis d'une anse de différents formats, soit : 1, 2 et 4 litres. Toutefois, il serait possible de fabriquer ce genre de bouchon de différents formats afin qu'il s' adapte au diamètre de d' autres types de contenants à anse. Pour plaire aux enfants, le bouchon peut prendre l'apparence d'un personnage fantaisiste ou de dessin animé.

Relativement aux dessins qui illustrent la réalisation de l'invention La figure 1 représente le bouchon, sur un contenant de plastique muni d'une anse.
La figure 2 représente le bouchon avec ses parties supérieure et inférieure ainsi que son mécanisme d'ouverture à ressort.
La figure 3 représente l'intérieur du capuchon.
La figure 4 représente la partie inférieure du bouchon, vue sur le dessus.

Le bouchon illustré à la figure 1 et 2 comprend une partie supérieure (I) qui sert de capuchon, une partie inférieure (II) munie d'un bec verseur et un système de fixation (III) qui relie les deux parties.

Dans la partie supérieure du bouchon telle que démontrée à la figure 3, une grande bosse ( 1 ) et une petite bosse (2) sont conçues pour bloquer respectivement l'orifice (3) et le trou d'air (4) du bec verseur (5), de la partie inférieure que l'on retrouve à la figure 4.
Telle qu'illustrée à la figure 5, la partie inférieure (II) du bouchon est adaptable au goulot d'un contenant en plastique et est dévissable au moyen de sillons standards (13).
Les parties supérieure (I) et inférieure (II) sont maintenues par un système de fixation à ressort tel qu 'illustré à la figure 6, similaire au système d'une épingle à linge, qui permet d'ouvrir et de fermer le bouchon.
Les parties supérieure et inférieure sont reliées entre elles à l'aide d'une tige de métal (6) qui s'appuie sous l'arrondissement (7) dont une extrémité vient se glisser dans la rainure (8) et l'autre vient s'insérer dans l'entrée (9) de la partie inférieure. Cette entrée est créée par la juxtaposition d' une plaquette ( 10) collée sur l' autre partie du bouchon ( I 1 ).
Pour que le liquide puisse sortir librement, on doit maintenir avec une pression du pouce la languette (12) de la partie supérieure.

The present invention is a stopper provided with a spout which used to precisely pour liquid from a container plastic handle.
Current plastic containers for beverages, including containers for milk, chocolate milk, juice and water with of a handle, have a twist cap with a ring around plastic safety that must be removed during the first use. The container, with a neck of about 1 cm deep and 4 centimeters in diameter, drains the liquid poorly, especially when it is full. The neck, due to its large opening, does not not pour precisely into the container for which it is intended. Of more, it spurts the liquid abruptly and quickly, causing a spillage on container walls or splashing out a surface, in this case, the counter, table or floor.
During the first few uses, damage is almost inevitable.
This drawback could be avoided by means of a plug fitted with a spout adaptable to containers. Thanks to the shape of the spout pourer, the liquid would pour more precisely, and its flow would be controlled through an orifice which would allow air to pass. Moreover, the spout would have a cap to keep the freshness of the drink adequately. Another benefit of this plug is that it opens and closes automatically, simple pressure of the thumb, no longer requiring the need to screw and unscrew the cap. To this end, the container does not pour now only with one hand. The cap is also reusable and dishwasher safe. In addition, it can adapt plastic containers with different handles formats, namely: 1, 2 and 4 liters. However, it would be possible to make this kind of cap of different sizes so that it adapts to the diameter of other types of container with handles. For appeal to children, the cap may take on the appearance of a whimsical or cartoon character.

The cap illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a part upper (I) which serves as a cap, a lower part (II) provided a spout and a fixing system (III) which connects the two parts.

In the upper part of the cap as shown in the Figure 3, a large bump (1) and a small bump (2) are designed to block respectively the opening (3) and the air hole (4) of the spout pourer (5), from the lower part found in Figure 4.
As illustrated in Figure 5, the lower part (II) of the cap is adaptable to the neck of a plastic container and is unscrewable by means of standard grooves (13).
The upper (I) and lower (II) parts are held in place by a spring fixing system as illustrated in figure 6, similar a clothespin system, which opens and closes cap.
The upper and lower parts are connected together using a metal rod (6) which is supported under the rounding (7) of which one end comes to slide in the groove (8) and the other comes fit into the entry (9) at the bottom. This entry is created by the juxtaposition of a plate (10) glued to the other part of the plug (I 1).
In order for the liquid to flow freely, it must be kept with thumb pressure the tab (12) of the upper part.
To close the cap, you just have to release it.

Claims

1. A reusable cap with a pouring spout used for pouring precisely the liquid from a container in plastic with handle, comprising a pouring spout intended to be screwed at the neck of a container, an orifice allowing circulation air for a controlled flow, a cap that clogs perfectly the spout when closed and a mechanism spring loaded to open and close the cap automatic by pressing and releasing the tab on the part superior.

2. A plug, as defined in claim 1, which is made of plastic material offering better adaptation the container made of this material and a seal allowing to keep the liquid cool.

3. A plug, as defined in claim 1, the fixing and opening mechanism borrows the principle a spring made from a metal rod that would be made in a durable material for more solidity, firmness and rust proof.

4. A plug, as defined in claim 1, which would be of standard format, adapting to formats 1, 2 and 4 liters.

5. A plug, as defined in claim 1, which would be made of different diameters for all other types of handle containers.

6. A plug, as defined in claim 1, which take the form of any other object, animal or character whimsical from the imagination, from a cartoon, or from a comic book.
