Abstract
Cette invention concerne des composés à terminaison C qui correspondent à la formule (I). Ces composés consistent en de puissants inhibiteurs de métalloprotéinase matricielle, et peuvent être utilisés dans le traitement de maladies où la métalloprotéinase matricielle joue un rôle.
