Abstract
Cette invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés permettant d'améliorer chez un patient le flux sanguin jusqu'au coeur. Un dispositif comprend un ensemble transducteur (36) placé dans le boîtier. Un effecteur terminal (40) est couplé activement à l'ensemble transducteur (36) et comporte un élément formant des passages qui est capable de créer des passages dans le coeur d'un patient. Un procédé permettant d'améliorer le flux sanguin jusqu'au coeur d'un patient est également présenté, il consiste à utiliser un dispositif chirurgical comprenant un effecteur terminal (40), à mettre sous tension et en fonctionnement le dispositif chirurgical pour faire vibrer l'effecteur terminal (40) à mettre en contact l'effecteur terminal (40) avec une paroi de ventricule de cardiaque, à faire avancer l'effecteur terminal (40) dans la paroi ventriculaire puis à créer un passage dans ladite paroi ventriculaire avec ledit effecteur terminal (40).
