Abstract
Description
Système de bouchage pour un emballage pourvu d'une ouverture obturée par une pastille.
La présente invention concerne un système de bouchage pour un emballage pourvu d'une ouverture obturée par une pastille, ledit système comportant - un goulot pourvu d'une embase apte à être fixée sur ledit emballage) autour de ladite ouverture ; et un bouchon apte à obturer l'orifice dudit goulot.
Dans les systèmes de bouchage de ce type connus, par exemple par le document EP-A-0 331 798, on prévoit des moyens d'ouverture de ladite pastille, portés par ledit bouchon. Celui-ci étant vissable sur le goulot, lesdits moyens d'ouverture tournent au moment du dévissage du bouchon, entraînant le déchirement de ladite pastille par torsion. II en ré-suite que les bords de ladite pastille ne sont pas déchirés de façon nette.
La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à cet inconvénient et elle concerne un système de bouchage dans lequel l'ouverture de ladite pastille est réalisée par traction et non plus par déchirement en torsion.
A cette fin, selon l'invention le système de bouchage pour un em-ballage pourvu d'une ouverture obturée par une pastille, du type rappelé
ci-dessus, est remarquable en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif d'arrache-ment par traction de ladite pastille d'obturation, logé dans ledit goulot et comprenant - une semelle rigide reposant sur ladite pastille d'obturation et solidaire de celle-ci ; et - des moyens de préhension de ladite semelle, accessibles à travers ledit goulot lorsque ledit bouchon est séparé dudit goulot et permettant d'exercer une traction sur ladite semelle pour entraîner celle-ci, avec au Closing system for a package provided with an opening closed by pellet.

On remarquera que, grâce au système de bouchage conforme à la présente invention, il n'est pas nécessaire que la semelle recouvre la to-talité de la pastille. Au contraire, il est avantageux que ladite semelle ne ~5 recouvre qu'une partie de cette dernière.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, la semelle est solidaire de la paroi interne du goulot par des points de liaison cassables et lesdits moyens de préhension sont formés par une languette articulée à ladite semelle. Ainsi, le goulot, l'embase, la semelle rigide et les moyens de 20 préhension peuvent former une seule pièce, dans laquelle ladite semelle rigide et lesdits moyens de préhension sont liés au goulot et à l'embase par lesdits points de liaison cassables. Une telle pièce peut être réalisée en une matière synthétique, par toute technique appropriée.

Le système de bouchage, conforme à la présente invention et re-~ 5 présenté sur les figures 1 à 3, est destiné à être monté sur un emballage, dont seule une portion de paroi 1 est représentée sur les figures. Cette paroi 1 , par exemple en carton ou analogue, comporte une ouverture 2 obturée par une pastille 3, qui est portée par la face extérieure 1 E de la paroi 1 et dont la périphérie 3P est collée à l'aide d'une matière adhésive 20 4 à la périphérie de l'ouverture 2. Cette pastille 3 est par exemple en aluminium ou analogue.
Le système de bouchage conforme à la présente invention com-porte un goulot 5 pourvu, sur sa face latérale, d'un filetage extérieur 6 et, à son extrémité dirigée vers l'emballage 1, d'une embase 7, collée sur la 25 face extérieure 1 E de la paroi 1, autour de l'ouverture 2 et de la pastille 3, au moyen d'une couche adhésive 8. This wall 1, for example of cardboard or the like, has an opening 2 closed by a pad 3, which is carried by the outer face 1 E of the wall 1 and whose periphery 3P is glued using an adhesive material 20 4 at the periphery of the opening 2. Ainsi, lorsque le bouchon 9 est en place sur le goulot 5 pour obtu-rer l'orifice 1 1 , la languette 17 est repliée à l'intérieur dudit goulot et prend élastiquement appui sur ledit bouchon, comme cela est représenté
en traits pleins sur la figure 2. En revanche, lorsque ledit bouchon 9 est ~5 séparé du goulot 5, la languette 17 se redresse spontanément, sous l'ac-fion de son élasticité, pour prendre la position redressée 17.1 représentée en pointillés sur la figure 2. Dans cette position spontanément redressée 17.1, la languette '17 fait saillie à l'extérieur du goulot 5.
On comprendra aisément qu'il est alors possible de saisir la lan-20 guette 17 et d'effectuer sur elle une traction vers l'extérieur pour tirer vers l'extérieur la semelle 12 afin, d'une part, de casser les points de liai-son 14, 15 et 16 et, d'autre part, d'arracher la pastille 3.
La pièce unique formée par le goulot 5, l'embase 7, la semelle ri-gide 12 et la languette 17 peut être réalisée par moulage, injection ou 25 toute autre technique connue des matières synthétiques.
