Abstract

Procédé de production d'un stratifié comprenant une composition polymère conductrice dans laquelle une charge particulaire est dispersée dans un constituant polymère. Ce procédé comprend un série d'étapes réalisées de manière séquentielle au cours d'un seul processus continu, et consistant à: (A) charger le constituant polymère et la charge conductrice dans un appareil de mélange; (B) mélanger le constituant polymère et la charge conductrice pour former un mélange fondu; (C) transporter ledit mélange hors de l'appareil de mélange à travers une filière; (D) former une feuille polymère; et (E) fixer une feuille métallique à au moins un côté de la feuille polymère pour former un stratifié. Ce stratifié peut être utilisé pour produire des dispositifs de protection de circuit ou des dispositifs de chauffage.
