Abstract
La présente invention concerne un microactionneur (82) biocompatible et implantable destiné à une prothèse auditive totalement implantable. Ce microactionneur comporte un corps creux (84) qui présente, une première extrémité ouverte (88), une première face ouverte (94a), et une seconde face ouverte (94b). Des membranes souples (92, 96a, 96b) recouvrant l'extrémité (88) et chacune une face (94a, 94b), ferment hermétiquement le corps (84) rempli d'un liquide incompressible (98). Des transducteurs (102) constitués d'éléments monomorphes (32 ou 62) laminés précontraints mécaniquement couplés aux membranes souples (96a, 96b) déforment ces membranes souples (96a, 96b) en réaction à un signal électrique d'attaque. Le liquide (98) assure le couplage des déformations des membranes (96a, 96b) à la première membrane souple (92). Les éléments monomorphes (32 ou 62) comportent une couche de métal biocompatible (36 ou 66-68) déposée sur une face d'une plaque de céramique (34 ou 64) piézo-électrique biocompatible de façon à soumettre cette plaque (34 ou 64) à une précontrainte, une fine électrode (44 ou 72) biocompatible recouvrant l'autre face de la plaque (34 ou 64).
