Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient en plastique doté d'un ensemble couvercle relié à une boîte à toit ouvert. L'ensemble couvercle présente un élément marginal ouvert (15) venant en contact avec le rebord de la boîte et un couvercle (30) relié à l'élément marginal (15) par une charnière. Un ressort à torsion (45) s'étendant dans l'axe de la charnière sollicite le couvercle (30) pour le mettre en position ouverte. Un loquet présente un élément de retenue (23) moulé d'une pièce relié à l'élément marginal en trois points séparés. L'élément de retenue (23) vient en contact avec un cran situé sur le couvercle (309 du récipient afin de maintenir ce dernier (30) fermé.
