Abstract
Dispositif de couplage magnétique équipé d'un rotor électro-conducteur (15) muni d'une bande (16, 17) en matière électro-conductrice et d'un rotor magnétique (14) muni d'aimants permanents (26) installés de façon à pouvoir glisser radialement vers la périphérie sous l'action des forces centrifuges, à quoi s'opposent les ressorts de sollicitation (40). Lorsque le rotor magnétique se trouve à l'arrêt, les aimants se situent le plus au centre par rapport à l'anneau formé par les bandes électro-conductrices; lorsque le rotor magnétique tourne, les aimants se déplacent vers l'extérieur et induisent des courants de Foucault dans les bandes électro-conductrices dont ils sont séparés par une couche d'air, provoquant ainsi le couplage des rotors. Il est préférable de munir le rotor électro-conducteur de deux bandes électro-conductrices (16, 17), une de chaque côté du rotor magnétique. Les rotors peuvent être munis de gorges.
