Abstract

Cet appareil de communication de données comprend une unité maître (2) ainsi qu'au moins une unité esclave (4), passive, physiquement séparée. L'unité maître (2) comporte une première partie (29) d'un système de communication par induction, ainsi qu'un processeur (20) relié à la première partie dudit système. L'unité esclave présente une seconde partie (40) du système de communication par induction, une mémoire (48) de données ainsi qu'un modulateur (44, 49) sensible aux données provenant de la mémoire et relié à la seconde partie (40) dudit système. Les première et seconde parties de ce système (29, 40) sont conçues de manière à ce que, lorsque l'unité esclave (4) est placée à proximité de l'unité maître (2), la puissance soit couplée de manière inductive, de l'unité maître à l'unité esclave, via le système de communication par induction. Le modulateur (44, 48) monté dans l'unité esclave (4) est alors activé pour provoquer, de manière inductive, la communication des données de la mémoire (48), de l'unité esclave (4) vers l'unité maître (2), via ledit système de communication. Le processeur (20) est sensible aux données fournies à l'unité maître (2).
