Abstract

La présente invention concerne des protéines liant des antigènes recombinés, lesquelles possèdent de multiples liaisons disulfure et sont utiles dans la préparation de conjugués immunologiques. Cette invention concerne en particulier des anticorps recombinés comportant une région charnière IgG¿3?, mais dans lesquels il manque un domaine constant CH2. Ces anticorps mutés sont utilisés afin de lier un agent diagnostique ou thérapeutique par l'intermédiaire d'une ou de plusieurs liaisons disulfure réduites situées dans la région charnière des anticorps. Cette invention concerne également l'utilisation de tels conjugués immunologiques en matière de diagnostic et de thérapie.
