Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant permettant des accès répétés à la cavité médullaire d'un os. L'implant se compose d'une douille (15, 13) encastrée dans un trou pratiqué par chirurgie dans l'os, dans laquelle vient se placer un bouchon qui obture hermétiquement le tout. Le bouchon pénétrable (19) permet des accès répétés à l'intérieur de l'os à l'aide d'instruments chirurgicaux pointus. Grâce à un adaptateur (27), on peut aussi y faire pénétrer d'autres instruments chirurgicaux guidés, tels que cathéter, dispositif optique ou couteau rotatif. On envisage aussi d'utiliser cet implant pour la chirurgie à l'intérieur de l'os.
