Abstract
Un appareil analyseur de chlorures comprend une soupape d'entrée et des filtres pour l'eau de fabrication à analyser ainsi qu'une électrode de pH pour vérifier celui du liquide qui arrive, avant qu'il ne subisse un traitement supplémentaire. Un épurateur fait passer des bulles d'air épurateur à travers l'eau de fabrication pour en éliminer les hydrocarbures et l'hydrogène sulfuré, et la conduite d'évacuation de cet épurateur alimente un réacteur auquel on amène aussi un réactif provenant d'un réservoir. Après un temps de réaction approprié, suivi, si on le souhaite, d'une autre opération d'épuration à l'air par une conduite d'alimentation en air, les produits de la réaction sont envoyés, par une canalisation, à une cellule de mesure d'ionométrie dans laquelle l'analyse des chlorures est effectuée au moyen d'une électrode spécifique, sélective pour les ions.
