Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de gymnastique respiratoire (10) destiné à offrir une résistance ainsi qu'une force de percussion à l'inspiration et à l'expiration. Ce dispositif comprend un corps principal (12) ayant une cavité intérieure (18), un orifice (22) et une ouverture (26), au moins, communiquant tous deux avec la cavité. Lors des mouvements effectués par un organe mobile (44), se trouvant placé relativement au corps principal, l'ouverture du corps principal (26) s'ouvre et se ferme. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'organe mobile (44) est pourvu de plusieurs ouvertures (62 (64), de différentes tailles possibles, espacés autour d'une circonférence. L'utilisateur peut sélectionner plusieurs ouvertures de taille différente à aligner pour se voir opposer divers degrés de résistance. Le déplacement de l'organe susmentionné lors de l'inspiration et de l'expiration entraîne un effet de percussion et l'utilisateur est en mesure de maîtriser ce déplacement au moyen d'un levier (76), disposé de façon pivotante dans une embouchure (92) située au-dessus de l'orifice dans le corps principal (12). L'extrémité intérieure de ce levier (76) entre en contact avec l'organe mobile (44).
