Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de réduction ou d'élimination des fuites des liposomes ou des cellules biologiques se produisant pendant leur refroidissement à la température de transition de phase thermotrope et consistant à introduire dans des liposomes ou des structures cellulaires des protéines à hystérèse thermique. Il s'agit de préférence de protéines ou de glycoprotéines anti-gel provenant d'espèces de poissons polaires. La fraction chromatographique n~ 8 desdites glycoprotéines s'est avérée particulièrement efficace.
