Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de télécommunication mobile sous forme d'un réseau multibande comprenant une pluralité de bandes. Ce réseau utilise par exemple la gamme de fréquences 900 MHz du sytème GSM et la gamme de fréquences 1 800 MHz du système DCS. Le réseau selon l'invention transmet des informations à la station mobile, non seulement sur les fréquences d'une autre bande à surveiller, mais aussi sur le nombre de fréquences de bandes adjacentes surveillées que la station mobile doit signaler. Le nombre de fréquences de bandes adjacentes à signaler, donné dans les informations, n'est pas constant, mais modifié par le réseau si nécessaire. Ainsi, le réseau obtient les informations adéquates sur les fréquences de bandes adjacentes pour assurer la commutation entre les bandes.
