'. 2188325 Memory of ~) lif Lenfolcenlellt ribbons or tear-off ribbons are often integrated into the construction of today's traffic jams. To introduce these ribbons in the pl ~ ced ~ s cardboard manufacturing, several types of dispenser have been developed. The l ~ lllmellt, for aueilldlt; efficiency n ~ cs ~;. ~ in modern indl- ~ triel ~ processes and ensuring safety of o ~ ldleul ~, duloll transfer systems ~ rolls have been developed. These systems uti1i ~ nt self-adhesive material or ~ lles m ~ niques links closed. Although more advanced than the previous manual systems, these two types of systems still have illl ~ olldnls disadvantages.
One of the main disadvantages of exi ~ t ~ nt ~ systems is that they dem ~ n-slow a hllt; l./e "Lion illl ~ e des o ~ ld ~ eul ~. So when a new roll of tape is installed on the di ~ l; ribbon reel, the opeldleul must attach the mechanical system of ll ~ srel ~. This system is to use the clip L, lesellle to the e ~ llelllilé of the ribbon of the new roll of ribbon, and create a closed channel around the ribbon p ~ 5 ~ nle ~ nt in operation. Like a obstruction is plst; nle at the end of the roll in operation, this obstruction cannot pass through the closed channel, which will enter the closed channel and thus the departure of the new roller. Usually the closed channel is made with a cord attached ll ~ ls ~ ment to ribbon, to its ex ~ e. The operator brings the ribbon of the new roll to a specific location, it surrounds the ribbon in operation with the rope and makes a knot with it in enloul ~ ll the ribbon in operation. The quality of the knot is of paramount importance, because if the knot is too loose, the obstruction at the end of the roll in operation can pass through the channel made with the rope, which makes the transfer operation unsuccessful.
In case the knot is too tight, there are strong chances that the channel is too tight, which poufldil p ~ lui.e the start of the new roll before the end of the roll in surgery. Thus the ~ eeration of l, ~, i, r ~ ll would again be ineffective. In addition, if the channel is too tight, the friction between the ribbon in op ~ r ~ tion and the rope may rain the cutting the rope, which rained once again the failure of the transfer operation.
All this operation n ~ these ~ ite therefore a fairly developed expertise of the op ~ ldteur, which makes its use laborious. In addition, the re ~ li ~ tion of a knot near a ribbon is move over 200 meters,.,; nl ~ tes ~ ", ~ n ~ nl cel ~ ins questiolln ~ nt ~ at the S ~ CUrit ~ of the operation. The risk of COUPUlC on the fingers of llopeldlt; ul are plcsenls, even that the danger that the ur could get stuck a finger inside the canal, which would have disastrous consequences.
The time n ~ these ~ i ~ to make the knot with the rope is also a desaval.ldge of this system. An Opeldl ~: ul can n ~ Sces ~ r up to 30 seconds to perform this operation.
This colllbiné at time n ~ these ~ i, e for in ~ t ~ ller a new on the dis ~ ensaleul, request, In certain situations, an opel ~ ul must be assigned 100% to this task.
Another system used in related applications, requires the use of ribbons stickers on two sides, which allows mec ~ nifluement to connect stationary equipment on the move. This Illi; lllode neces ~ ite therefore a device sophi ~ ique for pe ~ lllelll bringing stationary material and moving material into contact. So the device must: ", ~ in ~ finish the stationary material (having been previously coated with tape sticker on the desired surface) at a specific location, allow the r ~ l ~ onti ~ selllenl of m ~ t ~ riel in movement at almost zero speed, I) erllletll ~ precise contact between the two parts m ~ tPriel, cut the m ~ t ~ riel e ~ nl ~, and finally allow the acceleration of the adhesive joint at a reasonable level.

This system, although effective in applications where the rolls, ~ r are quite vol ...,. ineu ~. is less inlércssant ~ in the case of rolls of lcl ribbons, ro ~ enl or dechilc; lllenl. Indeed, the little space available in the ~ .e ...- nl ~ L manufacturing cardboard is a conll ~ nle illlpulldnle in the concepl; ~ n tape dispensers. So, it is .liffic ~ to design a ll system ~ lsrell of rollers ~! tiliQ - nt a method a & ive. The system would be too vollllllihrll ~ for space ~ li ~ porible in most cardboard factories.
The object of this p ~ sellte invention is to collect these needs.
Thus, in one aspect of this invention, a roll of ribbon is provided with an end of roll which coo ~ l ~ with an element, of open form, of start of the ribbon from another roll. By er.clll ~ a ribbon can be supplied with a hook open at the start of the roll, while at the end of another roll a ribbon can be provided with an obstacle placed Ll ~ ls ~ e. ~ Alement. Thus the opel ~ eul can insert the ribbon in operation through the hole in the hook without performing any particular operation and in less than 2 .QJ ~ Q ~ e, S. When the obstacle at the end of the roll lellcollllG the hook, the latter entered ~ n ~ with the end of the ribbon opP ~ -n which déllla, l ~ r the n ~, u ~ u roll of tape. The ~ n of manual input from PO ~) GldlCUl also reduces the dangers of wheat almost to zero; ~ ul ~ s to this one. According to another aspect of this invention, it is a flat hook with a passage which has a small lurc workpiece through which the ribbon in operation can be inserted to that it can ~ lépl -, er through the p - SQ-l ~, and an obstacle exceeded ~ nt the width of the tape, obstacle which cannot pass through the passage of the hook.
-In another aspect, this invention provides a flat hook with a passage which has a small opening, while the ribbon ~ is attached to this hook passing the ribbon through the ~ assdge and by folding the ribbon on itself and by adhering it to itself-even, the opposite of the small OUVe1lU1C; and also provides a flat obstacle s ~ e ~ dirty with e ~ llé, lulé of the finished ribbon ~ nt and exceeds ~ nt the width of the ribbon, the ribbon being folded in on itself (around the obstacle) and adhered to itself.
In yet another aspect, this invention provides a flat hook with a passdge which has a small OU ~ e.lU1? e, while the e ~ é of the ribbon is attached to this hook in passing the ribbon through the passage and by folding the ribbon on itself and adhering it to itself, the opposite of the small OUVt; 1lU1C; and also provides a flat lay obshcle transver ~ lem ~ nt to e ~ ll ~ ll ~ i ~ of the ribbon ~ 7 and pel ~ l; cl-lA; -cll ~ nl on the surface of the ribbon finished ~ nt and e ~ c ~ nt the width of the ribbon, the ribbon is folded back on itself (around Pobshcle) and adhered to itself.

Detailed description The end of the stationary tape to be used with the transfer system rolls with open hook is supplied with the open hook which can be seen at ~ l ~ m ~ nt # 1 in Figure # 1.
