Abstract

Récipient (50) fermé mais cependant ouvrable contenant une boissson gazeuse (52) maintenue à une pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique. Ce récipient (50) comprend un élément rapporté creux (10, 120, 70, 80) qui renferme du gaz à une pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, possède un orifice restreint (22, 79, 84), flotte sur la boisson (52) et comprend un dispositif d'orientation (18, 72, 86) qui oriente l'élément rapporté de sorte que l'orifice restreint (22, 79, 84) soit plongé dans la boisson (52). Lorsqu'on ouvre le récipient (50) le gaz situé dans l'élément rapporté (10, 12, 70,80) est propulsé dans la boisson (52) et sort par l'orifice restreint (22, 79, 84) pour produire un faux-col crémeux et dense au-dessus de la boisson qu'on verse. Le dispositif d'orientation (18, 72, 86) est placé symétriquement par rapport à un plan vertical dans lequel se situe l'orifice restreint (22, 79, 84). Le fait d'utiliser un élément rapporté flottant et de placer le dispositif d'orientation de la sorte permet de s'assurer que l'orifice restreint (22, 79, 84) se situe au niveau le plus bas de l'élément rapporté. Par conséquent le risque que l'orifice soit, par inadvertance, exposé dans l'espace libre du récipient est minimisé, tout particulièrement lorsqu'on verse la boisson.
