Abstract

Bourre de cartouche en deux parties avec amortissement pneumatique, destinée à l'industrie de fabrication des cartouches, constituée de deux pièces interchangeables qui peuvent s'assembler et correspondant à un réceptacle (1) et à un amortisseur-obturateur (8). Le réceptacle ou conteneur (1) comprend une série d'ailettes rabattables (7), ainsi qu'une valve (2) pour la régulation de l'amortissement et pour l'injection de l'air. Tant le conteneur (1) que l'amortisseur (8) ont des parois latérales (3 et 9) de forme convexo-concave, et peuvent absorber des déformations radiales par rapport à l'axe de symétrie de la bourre. L'amortisseur (8) a une quadruple fonction: supporter la flexion et déformation du matériau, la friction contre les parois et la compression de l'air contenu.
