SYSTEM OF EQUIPMEN~ FOR A FOOTBALL TYPE GAME

Th~ invention conc~rns ~ sy3tem of ~quipment for Tornado game, a new ver~lon of football and it canb~ applied in the sport It is known the exlstence of a system of playing aquip-ment for football required by the laws of existing football [1, p.273] and which includao two r~-~haped goals, placed on ~ach goal-lin~ of the field of play and each goal is provided with d~ices~for attachment of a net out91de of the :: :
0~fiel~d ~for in~icatiOn of a scored goal. For measurement of the played time a chronometer carried by tha refereQ is used In many ~adiums in addition to this playing equlpment ~-., there is i~formation equipment which by no maanqi iq connect-ed wlth the playlng one. This in~orm~tion equlpment i9 not lscontr;olled by thé~referse and ther- are ~ar`iety of deqign~
and functlon~, but as a matter of rule~, there are a clock -; -and~a d~vioe to show tho~Jcore. Slmilar information equlp~

5 on the information boards is related with the course of game ; ~ --and referee's decisions. In the football the only lawful chronometer is the one used by the referee, and its readings ~- -are not shown on the information boards. At the same tinle in ' ~ -football a time-keeper is not allowed by the Laws of the game.
Dis~dvantages of the known collection of playing and in~
formation equipment for football are in several directions.
The main one is that including only one target (goal) for scorlng it llmlt the variety of effective strategies for , ~ ~
-~ ~further playing~actions at any moment of the game, which, at - ~
: : , : : : : - ~ 15~increasing physical capacity of players and their improving tactlc abllity and knowledge, leads to reduction af the pro-babili~ty for scoring, and as a result - to decreasing attrac~
ti~eness of the game. At the same time this collection of playing and information equipment is not united into an en-20 tire~ sysbem, while the measurement of the played time only bythe~refQree without indication of his deci9ions ~or ob~er~
`~ ~ ~ation on the information board creates problem~ about the real dure~tion of the match and the delay of its end due to - pauses caused becau~e of accidents or other causes. In the - -:
25 ~xisting coIlections of equipment the absence of chronometers : ~:
for mea~urement of defined, fixed interval of time, which are used in~other sports, does not allow intensification of the play through limitætion of aimles~ playing and other ~ctions within a certain inter~al of time.

~; h, .-'. . 2123982 : ~

The invention i~ to cre?te ~itional pl?~i.n<~ an~ infor-metion e~uipment, which ~Inited with the one existing in football grounds to form an entire system of playing and in-formation equipment for football, which is to create condi- ;
5 tions for intensification of the play and increasing of the :~
attractiveness of the game by means of creation of more op-portunities for scoring combinations, as well as by means of including to the system chronometers for fixed intervals of tlme which give possibility to limit the interval in hhich 10 described by the Laws of the game aims must be achieved, At the same time the system must secure reliable indication of scoring, its recognition and rscord by the referee, and open ~ .
registration and demonstration of the played time.
: ~he solution of the problem is achieved by a svstem lof ;
15 equipment for ~ornado~ which includes a score registration ,-:
: board and for~each of both teams a main r~-shaped goel with attaohed net, as well as added for each team one central .i~
additional goal, at least one pair additional side-goals, at least oné board for marking scored goals and their approval 20 by the:referee ond:one chronometer for fixed interval oftime . - -~

control unit, remote control unit, referee's key board and a chronometer for the played time. The central additional goal :-is Placed as a superstructure over the main goal, each pair 25 of additional side-goals are placed out-qide the playing field , behind the goal line and qymmetrically with respect :.::~
to the main goal. Each additional goal ha~ two sections and .
the front surfaces of two sectlons of an additionsl goa~
which ha~e one common gide~ lay in different planes, formed , ~ ' , .'': ~' '.- ~:' 21239~2 _ 4 -by gratings which are hung on attached at the rear frame of the goal contactors, which are connected in parallel with a sectional relay9 which is connected by a cable with the relays of the other sections of the goal and by a communica-tional channel with the control unit, which is connectedwith the boards for marking scored goals. Each of these boards is provided with indicating boxes for each goal, in-~; ~ dicators for each section of the additional goa~s, an indi -cator for approval of a scored goa} in an additional goal, -an indicator for its cancellation, and an indic~tor f~r ap-proval of a goal scored in the main goal. The control unit is connected through the remote control unit with referee's ~- key board which has ON _OFF booton, three bootons for e.~ch team~ where one for approval o~ a goal scored in the main 15~ goal, one for canceIlati~on of a goal scored in an additional oa~l, and one for approval of such a goal, a correction ;~

Advantages of the invention of a system of equipment for ~ornado, a new version of football, with respect to the 25 existing collection of playing and inform~tion e~uipm~nt for football are that it creates conditions for scorlng in s~v~-ral separate goals, which gives opportunities for incr~ase of the number and variety of scoring combinations of the teams, that it help~ intensification Or the play through -j ~ . , ~ , , , possibility of ~asurement of fixed intervals of time and re-duction of time losses when the ball is out of play, and that it redtlceY possibilities for referee's mistakes with respect to the end of the match, giving him opportunity tocontrol the 5 chronometers and to make his decisionq av~ilable to the players and public at the moment when they are taken. ln total, all created by the invention opportunities make the game of foot-ball more dynamic, competitive and attractive. As the utiliz- `
ation of these opportunities is possible if amendments to the 10 existing~Laws of fooeball are made~ the system, matter of the invention, is technological basi4 for a new version of the -game of football, which will be played according to the amen~
ded Laws~ an~ which will be more intellectual, dynamic, com- -~
petitive than the existing version of the game. ~: -~he lnvention is described in more details in ~ttached fig~
