Abstract
L'invention concerne notamment un habillage pour socle de canapé en tissu ou toute autre matière qui permet un parfait ajustement dimensionnel. Lequel habillage se présente dans le même emballage que la housse destinée à recouvrir le canapé. Le conditionnement de l'habillage pour socle et de la housse est indissociable. L'habillage pour socle de canapé est constitué d'une bande de tissu qui comporte des élastiques supérieur (1) et inférieur (3) cousus sous tension dans les ourlets (2) et (4). Des bandes auto-accrochantes (5) assurent la fermeture par recouvrement (7) et (8) desdites bandes. La housse du canapé (10) est empaquetée de façon indissociable avec l'habillage pour socle (9). Cet habillage pour canapé est particulièrement destiné à recouvrir en totalité ledit canapé.The invention relates in particular to a covering for a sofa base in fabric or any other material which allows a perfect dimensional adjustment. CA2i 1751~ ' La présente invention concerne un habillage en tissu ou toute autre matière, présenté pour la vente dans le même emballage que la housse destinée à recouvrir un canapé.
Il existe différentes versions d'habillage pour canapé qui présentent comme inconvénient un recouvrement partiel dudit canapé.
Plus précisément, dans l'état de l'art actuel, le canapé est revêtu de son habillage en totalité, à l'exception du socle.
Dans ces conditions, un habillage limité du canapé altère la protection mécanique du socle et nuit à son esthétique en raison de la variété de compositions des socles pour canapé qui ne seront pas assortis à l'habillage.
L'état de l'art actuel ne résout que limitativement cette double fonction, c'est^à^dire, la protection mécanique du socle du canapé liée à une parfaite harmonie esthétique de l'ensemble du canapé.
La présente invention se propose d'apporter des améliorations à tout ce qui précède.
En effet, cette invention se présente sous la forme d'une bande de tissu formant habillage pour le socle du canapé et soutenue de part et d'autre et sur toute la longueur, par au moins un élastique.
Sur la face du tissu jouxtant le socle, se trouve fixées deux bandes auto-accrochantes qui permettent à l'habillage une accroche par adhérence au socle du canapé recouvert notamment de tissu.
Le conditionnement de l'habillage du socle et de la housse - apparaît comme indissociable en raison de l'homogénéité de I'emballage.
On notera que, pour des satisfactions esthétiques, cet habillage existe en plusieurs motifs et coloris différents.
7 ~ 1 2 2 La présente invention se~a mieux comprise et les avantages d'utilisation apparaîtront clairement au regard de la description suivante et des figures qui s'y rapportent, lesquelles tigures sont données à titre d'illustration.
s - La figure 1 représente un croquis en position fermée de l'habillage pour socle de canapé, - la figure 2 représente le croquis de la figure 1 en position ouverte, - la figure 3 représente l'habillage du socle de canapé dans sa configuration commerciale future liée de façon indissociable avec la housse dudit canapé, - la figure 4 représente une vue arrière de l'habillage fixé sur le socle, - la figure 5 représente un canapé totalement recouvert d'une part, par la housse et d'autre part, par l'habillage du socle.
En nous reportant à la figure 1, il apparaît le mode d'ajustage dimensionnel de cet habillage grace à l'utilisation d'un élastique (1 ) cousu sous tension dans l'ourlet supérieur (2).
De même, un élastique inférieur (3) est cousu sous tension dans l'ourlet inférieur (4). Des bandes auto-accrochantes (5) assurent la fermeture de cet habillage.
L'utilisation d'un système mécanique à tension constante utilisant en combinaison les élastiques supérieurs (1) et inférieurs (3) fermé par des bandes auto-accrochantes (5), permet d'avoir une grande manoeuvre d'ajustement.
En autres termes, tout canapé peut recevoir cet habillage car l'utilisateur, après avoir tendu correctement l'habillage autour du socle du canapé, mettra en oeuvre la fermeture constituée de la bande auto-accrochante, ce qui aura pour but de maintenir de façon permanente 3o l'habillage sur le socle du canapé.
CA2i1/~12 3 La figure 2 nous montre l'habillage pour socle de canapé en position déployée. La largeur et la longueur de la bande de tissu (6) sont en rapport avec la moyenne arithmétique de la hauteur des socles, ainsi que du périmètre des socles de canapés courants.
Dans cette configuration déployée, les bandes auto-accrochantes (7) et (8) se retrouvent de part et d'autre et à l'extrémité
de la pièce de tissu constitutive de cet habillage.
La figure 3 représente l'habillage du socle tel qu'il est présenté au public (7), vendu dans le meme emballage que la housse destinée à recouvrir le canapé (9).
La figure 4 nous montre l'habillage ceinturant tout le pourtour extérieur du socle et fixé par la fermeture du type auto-accrochant à
l'arrière (5).
La figure 5 représente l'habillage (6) ceinturant le socie du canapé par une vue avant côté droit et la housse de canapé (1û) qui fait indissociablement partie du conditionnement.
Plus précisément, la housse est empaquetée dans la partie inférieure du conditionnement (9) et l'habillage du socle est empaqueté
dans le conditionnement supérieur (7).
Dans sa version définitive, I'habillage du socle (7) se trouve à
