Abstract

L'invention est un circuit de limitation des surintensités de mise sous tension transmises à une charge contenant un condensateur de grande capacité (12). Le circuit de l'invention contient un MOSFET (14) dont le trajet contrôlé est connecté en série avec la capacité aux bornes (+, -) du bloc d'alimentation. Une résistance (16) et un condensateur (20) de capacité relativement faible sont connectés en série avec le trajet contrôlé, et une jonction entre la résistance et le condensateur est connectée à la grille du MOSFET via une résistance (18) pour créer un trajet de réaction négative servant à charger le condensateur de la charge avec un courant constant à la mise sous tension. Un condensateur (22) empêche alors le MOSFET de devenir conducteur et une diode Zener (24) limite la tension de grille. Une autre concrétisation de l'invention utilise un amplificateur différentiel (50).
