Abstract
Appareils d'analyse quantitative à rayonnement infrarouge proche (170) mesurant de manière non invasive le glucose sanguin par analyse de l'énergie infrarouge proche après un contact avec le sang veineux ou le sang artériel, ou transmission par une partie du corps contenant du sang. Une cartouche de rechange (195) emmagasine des données propres à un patient/utilisateur. Les appareils d'analyse (170) sont précis et se prêtent facilement à l'exécution de dosages du glucose à la maison. Le brevet divulgue également une méthode pour un calibrage facile et fiable pour chaque individu des appareils d'analyse quantitative, notamment l'obtention de plusieurs échantillons de sang et de mesures du glucose dans le sang à un intervalle prédéterminé. Ces valeurs sont entrées dans l'appareil. Des mesures optiques par rayonnement infrarouge proche de chaque individu sont prises simultanément à un autre intervalle prédéterminé au moyen de l'appareil d'analyse. On effectue une analyse de régression du calibrage sur les données afin de calibrer l'appareil d'analyse pour chaque individu, ce qui comprend l'interpolation linéaire des mesures du glucose dans les échantillons de sang avec les enregistrements optiques du rayonnement à infrarouge proche.
