Abstract

A valve controlled in dependence on differential pressure with a set-point setting facility, comprises a valve housing (4), a diaphragm housing (16), and a setting device (3) which is removable as a unit from the diaphragm housing (16). A pin (36) connected to the diaphragm (23) projects in a sealed manner from the diaphragm housing (16). The set-point spring (50) extends between an adjustable supporting plate (51) and a spring plate (52). The forces of the set-point spring (50) are transferred by way of a releasable coupling (64) to the pin (36). The coupling (64) is in particular designed to transfer tensile forces. In this manner, the set-point spring can be adjusted or exchanged at any time. In addition, detrimental transverse forces originating in the set-point spring are prevented from being transferred to the valve rod. The valve is therefore accessible and of low friction.
