CE~TRIFUG.~L ~C~ ICA~ DESC~LING ~D
PO~ISHING ~C~
The pr~sent invention relates to a machin~ for cantrifugal mechanical descaling and polishing which can be applied to metallurgy and metal working for cleaning of wire and rolled (rod and tube~ blanks with limited and unlimited length.
A machine ~1] for hydromechanical cleaning an~ polishing is known compri3ing of a turning hamber formed in a corpus and connected to a dri~in~ mechanism by means of a belt trans~ission which chamber is filled with a fluid and working bodies mi~ture and closed by input lid and output lia and each one of herein mentioned lids is pro~id~d at least with two holes and is immovable mounted to oposit ends of a bod~ provided with a opening in ~hich the corous is mo~ably inserted.
~ disadvantage of t;~ s machine is its high energy consumption, high price, cleaning process price raise, low reliability and also unsatisfactory oDeratiQnal noise feature.
An object of the present invention i5 a machine for cPntrifugal mechanical cle~ning and polishing with less high snQrg~ consump~
t~on to be made providing more reliable cperation at lower noise feature and guaranteeing le~s e~pensive total cost3 of a cleaning process.
The object ac~ording to the present invention is effectsd by a centrifugal mechanical cleaning and polishing machin~ including a turning ch~mber formed in a corpus and connacted to a driving mechanism by means of a belt transmis3ion. The turning chamber is filled with a fluid and working bodies mixture and clo~Pd by input lid and output lid and each one of herain mentioned lids is provid-ed with at least two holes and is immovable mounted to oposit ends ~i of a body provided with a opening in which ths corpus is movably inserted. Tha input and output lids are packed to the respe~tiYe body ends by means of packings. A suction element provided with a separator is fi~ed to th~ in~ut lid and the separator is connected to an autonomous filt-r and a container by means of a flexible conduitr but to the output lid a scavenging elament is fixed connected to an ejsctor immovably mounted in a bottom of a collect-or. ~he latter is form.ed a3 2 cons body with an opening at its top turned with its top do~ and connected to the ejector. At a blan~
input a scale crusher with a movable container located below it is fixed to the body. An in?ut roller and output roller is movably mounted to the body.
The object according to the present invention is also effected by a machine at which output lid external surface a circulation chamber is mounted, but the lids are provided with a central hole into ~hich wear-proved pulleys are drivad. Tha turning chamber in-ternal surface is coverad by a rubber coating rPstrict~d by restriction rings at its ~oth ends.
The object according to the present invention is also effectsd by a machine at which bo_h output and input lids feed3rs with a support and a driving de~icQ are movably mounted.
An advantage of this ~achine is its less exp~nsiva C03t, clean-ing prcce3s erfscting a~ le3s high-en3rgy consumption, optimal noise feature, increased ~eliability and batter ecor.omic inde~ss.

The latter is pxovid-ed with a opening 11 into which tr.e corpus 2 is movably insexted.
The input lid 6 and ou_?ut lid 7 are packPd to respQctive body 10 ends by means of packings 12. A suc~ion elem~nt providad with a sepa~a or 13 is f~ed ~o ths inDu1 lld 6 and ~he separator 13 is connected to an au~oncmous ~ilt r 1~ and to a container 1~7 by means o. a flexible cond~ . o t;-~a ou,L7ut lid 7 a scavenging elemant 17 is fixad connected to an eJector i8 immovably mounted in a bottom of a collector 19. The latter is ormed as a con2 kod~f with an opan-tng at its top 20 reci~rocat~d with its top 20 do~wn and conn~ctad to the ejector 18. A~ a blank 21 ir.~ut 2 scale crush3r 22 with a mov-abla container 23 loca_ad below it is ~i~ad to the bod~ 10. An input roll~r 24 and out~ut ro7ler 25 i3 movaL71y mountad to tha body 10.
Ascordin~ to a v rian~ emDodiment at an output lid 7 extsrnal sur~ace a circula~ion sham~er 26 i3 mounted~ but the lids 6 and 7 are providsd with a central hole into ~hich waar-proYed pullsys 27 1, are drived. ~he tlrning chamb2r 1 internal surfaca is covered by a rub~er coating 28 rastr~ctsd by r3j ecting ring3 29 at its koth ends~
According to a variant 7mbodim2nt of th2 machine to an input lid 6 and to an output lid 7 feeders 30 with a support 31 and driving devic2s 32 are mo~ably mounted.
The machine oDe-at3s as follow:
The blank 21 being p-ocassed is saquentially inserted through thQ
scale crusher 22, the hol3 8 of tha input lid ~, tne turning chamber 1, the hola 9 OL ths output lid 7, and amon~ ths output roller 25, and along the machine back around the input rollar 24, and again through the turning ch.l~ber 1, tha output hole 9 and tha circulation chamber 26. When the autonomous filter 15 has bean st.~itched on certain qu~ntity of wc-:~ins bodles ~ is poured into the circulation chamber 26. By means o_ a motor 4 and tha belt transmission 3 a rotary motio~ is trans~.itte~ to tha turning chamber 1 supported by bearings into tha body 10, whila the working bodies 5 due to the centrifugal forces a-d ~ne rubbe- coating 28 cover~d form an impact ring through which the blar.'.; 21 to ~e cl~Qan~d passes. When the blan~
goes through tha scals crushar 22 a coarse scala fraction is saparatod and it falls dow~ in~o tha container 23~ and a fins dust scale fr~ction is er.g.^s3ed by tha suction elem3nt with the separat-or 13, passad alo~.g th-oug.. the fle~:ible conduit 14, and tnsn is filtared by ths altor.cmous filter 1~. ~t tha oparation continious air e~~hanga is prov- Aed 2S air cir_ulation diraction i3 from ths environment thro;.~h tr.~ la~vrin~h packings 1~ o the turning chamber 2 ~

1 and through a gap "a". ThP scavenging element 12 and the suction el3rent with ths se~arator 13 a~e suitably connected to a pnaumatic cooling systam and at th2 same time they transport the working bodies 5. The suction el2ment with the separator 13 engrosse3 scale particles and worn-out working hodiss 5 as well, but rej~ctes ones good for the claaning process to the sirculated air flow which transport th~m to the holes 8 and 9 of the input 6 and output 7 lids.
A part from the wor'~ing bodias 5 leaves the turning chamber 1 and enter3 th~ collector 19 from where by means of th3 e;ector 18, conduit and circulation chamber 26 is injected into turning cham~er 1 c2nter again ensurin~ tha macihne temperature balance and also rine cleaning from th3 scale. The blank 21 (steel wire) baing prcc~ss3d pass~s ~worold throug;~ the m~china for the antire wire profila str2amlng an~ dua to t,.at is warmad. The systsm cooling and e~change of the working bodies is reali~sd by providing of a self- !
control process by me2ns of synchronizing of the blan~ reciprocat-ing, working bodies 5 centrigugal layer turning and pressure, and air flow circulation tnrou~h ths turning chamber 1. In accordance with the variant embodiment shown in Fig. ~ the blank is feeded by the ~e~der 30, and refered to the variant embodiment in Fig. 8 the blan:; i3 turned over bY means o_ the support 31 and driving device 32.
